Hosts were amazing, rooms were spacious, location and view were serene. It was exactly what the doctor ordered for a magnificent trip to Kythnos, I highly recommend this place.

The road is a bit difficult and recommended for non-experienced drivers but it's not something that can be fixed.

The location offers incredible views during sunset. It's far away from everything and makes it the perfect place to spend time with people you love.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was served in the room and included a lovely selection of eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, and orange juice — simple yet satisfying, the perfect start to the day. The location is unbeatable, with an endless sea view that creates a relaxing and unforgettable atmosphere. In order to reach the property you need to drive a dirty - not easy road on the cliff - about 4-5 minutes of careful driving especially during the night. The fact that the property is located to the southern end of Kythnos this means that you need to drive daily 20-40 minutes to reach the nearest villages and beaches. The roads of the island (as most of Greek islands) are not in good condition thus requiring careful driving especially if you choose to visit a beach through a dirty road.

The property is located to the southern part of Kythnos providing endless - speechless view of the Aegean sea! Is the ideal place to calm down and relax your body & mind! Each suite is carefully equipped to provide all essentials for a pleasure stay! The owners were taking care every morning our breakfast, served on our balcony and provided all necessary information for the beaches, restaurants and places of interest of the venue! Tips: After you return from the beach, you can have your shower on the common shower area watching the sea - sunset! Ayios Dimitrios beach (closest to the property beach) is a very nice beach although not very famous! Aside of the beach you will find Acroyali restaurant for the best local meat of the island!

Liked everything - only the approach road from the nearby village, which the owners have no influence over, is narrow, has a tricky width and surface! A rented car is absolutely essential, preferably a 4WD or Jeep type.

Very unusual in many ways: the decor, the taste that it showed, its position/location and the view of the sea. Attention to detail.

The only downside is the road to get to the property. The owners have done a good job to open the way and to put some night lights but it is still a rocky dirt road.

The host was very friendly, sent us useful details prior to arrival and was easily reachable for anything we needed. The property was clean and super comfy.

Driving to the property for the last 5 minutes is a bit difficult ( the road is not in a good condition)

The location is stunning but the final 1.5 km are an effort to get there while we experienced wonderful sunsets.

Christine and Nikos welcomed us personally and brought us every morning very individual and delicious breakfast. They are super nice people and very helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated with comfortable beds.

the only "dislike", its not the propertys fault, is the road to get there that its still under construction. The location is a bit far from the main villages but you get the quiet if you dont mind the extra 15 minutes drive

Everything in the accomodation was very good to excellent. The road that leads to Cape Suites is a dirt road , not difficult to drive but needs attention is some spots

Be prepared for a soily-dusty- steep road in order to arrive there. It's not the property's fault, but you must keep that in mind. Car (and bravery if you aren't greek) is needed.

Amazing seaview, unbelievable sunset view, tasty breakfast with daily variability. The room was insanely cute and pretty. There were facilities and cutlery to cook if needed. The couple, Christina and Nikos, were very, very friendly, kind, and helpful. Something that I miss in switzerland... it is such a beautiful place that i thought of doing my wedding there. Just lovely. In Agios Dimitrios next to the property, there is a great restaurant "Akrogiali" which will serve you well if you don't want to deal with cooking.

there is no beach right under the property. for the 4 bedroom villa the bedrooms upstairs have access w a narrow steep stair. also the last Kilometer has a windy dirt road

We stayed at Afros studio that does.not have the perfect view that the rest of the rooms have ... better luck next time..

It looked and felt relatively new. The couple that runs it was very friendly and helpful and always with a smile. The information they gave us on restaurants, beach etc was.to our liking. Every morning there was a different breakfast tray that came to our room, always tasty and enough for a good start of the day. Room was spacious and had a nice terrace.. however our room did not have the best view of the sunset. Going there you have a couple of kilometers on a dirt road. Our 20 year old Yaris had no problem. The location some will like some will not as ignis too far away from the main villages and beaches. If you are looking forna relaxing stay this is then place. If you want to be close to Chora or Driopida maybe this is not the best choice.

The location is amazing with a fantastic sunset view. The apartment has been very cleaned and high level. Christine and Nikos are very nice and careful. It is a wonderful ace for relaxing top holiday time. We will come back for sure.
