Everything was perfect.

The room was super clean , it’s new and renovated. The balcony was huge. The owner was very friendly, and helpful.He gave us rakia on the way home as a present . Great value for the money , we will be back sure !

The hotel is spotless clean, equipped with a small kitchenette, all utilities are working properly. The owner is very kind and ready to help with everything. The location is in a quite area, with plenty of parking places.

This hotel is located less than 10 minutes walking distance from the beach of Katerini and in general everything is close. It is super clean, there is wifi, TV and fridge in the room. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help you with enything.

The air conditioning needs to be fixed since there were some issues with it and we had to turn it off.

The hotel is easy to find, not in a crowded area and without noisy restaurants around. We liked the most that the room was clean, pets are allowed and the hotel owner is very polite and welcoming. Surely we would visit again.

The best hotel for a nice and relaxing holiday. The host was super helpful. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned every three days. Close to shops and the beach, with beautiful garden and sea views. Pet friendly. Parking onvthe street in front if the hotel. BBQ nook with nice furniture for when guests come over.

For me personally I would take out the kitchenette and make the bathrooms larger.

Very nice and clean hotel, with a small garden, in a quiet place. The landlord very friendly and very professional and prompt about any problem or desire you have. The hotel it’s like maybe 5-7 seven minutes walk from the beach. Every 2 days we had or room cleaned and the towels and bedding done. Every room has his own balcony. Recommend this hotel for a nice holiday without any issues!!

Spotless clean room with a view ! Nice balcony to relax at evening. Owner very kind person always with a smile ! The location of the hotel is ideal for swimming (200 m walking distance from nearest beach bars) and ideal to explore Paralia-Katerinis (400 m walking distance from city center) and around areas ! Shall return in near future !!
