The location was perfect! The facility were wonderful. They made our stay great and easy with our little one. The pool was as great. Loved the keyless entry and the room is really spacious, everything was clean and tidy, the host is super helpful and always available to help. The breakfast was easy and what we wanted.

The hotel is located a bit outside of the city of Kastoria, so a car or taxi is generally needed to reach the center.

Easy to get into Kastoria but set back a bit so it’s peaceful. Accommodation is clean and comfortable.

Great hotel with an excellent pool and lovely staff. We were made to feel very welcome by everyone. Although it’s a little outside of Kastoria the hotel would arrange taxis for us which were affordable and efficient. There are good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We had a fantastic time.

That the pool closed early and opened late. The gym also closed early and opened late. This doesn’t cater to those who would like to enjoy a workout before they need to get in the road for a full days drive. I had a massage and facial and they still charged for the Sauna. The standard is that if you are paying for a wellness treatment the amenities come then for free. It’s a way to incentivize guests to book more treatments.

The hotel is offering a very high quality experience in terms of (a) its facilities in-room and in common areas (well thought to the last detail), (b) its location very close to the city of Kastoria but also close to the nature (listening to the the birds chirping around the lake is a valuable experience especially for city folks such us) and last but not least (c) its people who all contributed to our pleasant stay with their friendliness and eagerness to make us feel very comfortable and satisfied from the experience in this excellent hotel.

The hotel is located in the outskirts of Kastoria and a car is generally necessary to reach the city (especially in the night).

The hotel is modern and tasteful, located in a quiet area a bit outside the city of Kastoria. The facilities are excellent and the rooms are very comfy, clean, and spacious. The swimming pool is a great plus for the summer months. Breakfast is excellent, with several local puff pastries and a selection of delicious sweet and savory options. The staff is super helpful, friendly and professional. This is certainly my go-to hotel for a stay in Kastoria!

When we arrived at the hotel it was 18:30 and they told us that the pool closes in a hour, but the guy at the pool told us we only have half an hour. The girl at the reception told me that the jacuzzi was not working, so check if the spa works before you are going. Then I told her its a pity that is not working because we wanted to go to the jacuzzi with the baby and she said that we cannot use it with the baby, when I told her we already did the day before she said we could do something like the jacuzzi was working, so I didn't understand if it worked or not. Maybe was a misunderstanding.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, very nice breakfast, nice beds and pillows. The guy at the breakfast was very nice and also the lady the next morning.
