Very nice location, very nice people in the entire hotel, all the help ypu need from the reception regarding trips and boat rentals, very good communication. I'll stay again here if I'll come back to Zante

The only downside was the bathrooms, which are quite old and would benefit from renovation. The water pressure in the shower was weak, and the toilet flush was also very poor. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hallways could be improved

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. I would especially like to compliment the staff, who were extremely kind and always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s location was perfect for our needs. Everything we asked for was promptly provided and taken care of by the staff.

We heard a lot of noise from the other guests around us but that’s not necessarily the fault of the hotel. If people don’t use their common sense and shout in the corridors in the middle of the night then there’s not much you can do

We were welcomed by the nicest and friendliest receptionist we have ever met! She is an asset to the business in the way she handles herself and the guests, she made our stay relaxing and upgraded our room as well which was a pleasant surprise! Her kindness and hospitality left a big impression on us and we will never forget her. I hope you remember us in case we meet again! :) The pool area was great as well + the bar with excellent cocktails and the nicest bartender (we exchanged book recommendations) Adriana and Nikoleta

Some of the facilities hadn’t been maintained properly most notably the showers always flooded due to the drains being partially blocked, leaving the bathroom floor soaked. When we arrived we’d booked a double bed bout we were given twin beds pushed together eventually our room was changed but not straight away which was disappointing.

Great location right next to the beach and staff were really friendly they were always available to help. The rooms were cleaned daily and all the facilities were decently maintained overall for what we paid it was great nothing exceptional about it but we didn’t pay an exceptional price. Great value for money.

Super pretty, chic and the breakfast was delicious! And Demitra the receptionist was honestly the best and very helpful. I got upgraded for free and had my own pool it was so lush. Would recommend. Location super convenient as well with a convenience store a 1/2 min walk away and the beach a few minutes down and the strip was also not too far.

Big rooms all with balcony’s, have everything you need including a bar by the pool and lots of sun beds. Access to the beach and the strip within 3 minute walks very convenient

my pool was dirty and wasn’t cleaned when asked for it to be the bath room shower was rusty and there was a smell coming out of the shower drain. the breakfast wasn’t that great.

Noise at night Other residents having sex on their balcony which went on for 20 minutes directly opposite mine. Including noise, visuals and no orgasm for the female by the feedback over heard.

Sometimes the clean ladies forgot the door open, they should clean the sand in the room more than once at a time.

It's very close to the beach, with a good breakfast with a lot of options, the people are very kind and try to help you with everything you need. They have a big room with a nice view, the pool is also nice.

Sometimes noisy in the night because of the tavern across the street, and in the mornings from the hotel lobby.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they helped with booking trips and even offered a complimentary trip when one of our booked trips was postponed. Had my birthday while on the trip, and the staff organized a surprise birthday gift, a cake and sparkling wine waiting in the hotel room on the day. Loved that the hotel is close to the beach, pool area was also great, and the breakfast was delicious.

Only thing I missed was a hair dryer, since we travelled with a cabin bag only and couldn't bring our own.

Every person working at this hotel was very nice and helpful. Very clean and tidy in all areas. We had a very late flight, so despite the check-out time and the fact that our room had already been cleaned, we were given the key back to our room so that we could easily wait for our flight. One of the best hotels I have ever been to.

What a great hotel and certainly value for money. The staff are brilliant, friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure to meet such nice people. Breakfast was excellent every morning with an amazing selection of foods to choose from. There was plenty of room at the pool and we had our own cozy pool which was very nice too. It's also a great location being only a couple of minutes walk from the beach and in the less noisy part of the resort.

I am very dissapointed with this hotel. We booked 1 superior and 2 double twins rooms. Never in my life I have seen such horible hygine in the bathrooms, and this hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel, and prices were accordingly (in all 3 bathrooms). I guess this is the reason why there are no photos with the bathrooms. Also the tap/shower water seemed to be salty. There was an unusual smell (bad) in the rooms, AC amplified the smell. A really bad experience, I would've expected the rooms/bathrooms to be clean, for the price we paid, definetely felt like a rip off.

The cleaning service was bad. Floor dirty when we arrived. They did not clean the spoon, coffee mug and towels once day (not paying attention).

The best of the property is the staff and that the location is not in the middle of the party. Breakfast basic but enough. Quiet environment no noise during the night.
