Nothing towards the property itself but If it is very windy all sand will go towards your face and inside jacuzzi. Due to that we couldn’t enjoy much outside. Other than that nothing.

The place was absolutely beautiful! The room was very clean and smelled very fresh. Was a very lovely gesture from the host to leave us a bottle of Prosecco as it was my birthday!

The photos posted on the main property page are all from the balconies of top floor apartments. There are 4 in total (2 on top and 2 below ) I was disappointed as I was expecting a caldera view from the property / from hot tub. You need to walk around 250mts in gravel to reach the end of cliff view point which has lovely Caldera view. The kitchen was very basic and the kitchenware was not clean.

The location is calm away from all the touristy places in Santorini. The location is an advantage as it is closer to many calm bath able beaches. There is a bus stop at around 5 minute walk from the property outside family bakery but we really did not use it as we had a rental car. I would recommend the same. Parking is convenient. Finding the property is bit tricky as there are no huge signboards. The property has a good and clean hot tub, but there is no view from it. . Air conditioning was good and bed was comfortable. The host was friendly and communication was crisp.

Maybe small stuff that makes room look more like home than hotel room, plants, flowers. And perhaps something to make food with.

Privacy, sunset views, tub, host was extremely friendly and took note on our hopes, wishes and even helped with extra taxi service. Response time to our messages was almost immediatly.

There is very little nearby for food options. The one that was recommended to us was still closed for the season. There really wasn’t anything to walk to. I’d recommend including breakfast.

Pool could have been cleaner, quite some flies in it. Due to the season there were also some ants in the room next to the door. But the hosts took his best to remove these when I mentioned it to him.

Amazing view from the suite. I had great view of the sunset from the whirlpool and Caldera view if I went in the front of the place where there were sunbeds from which you could watch the sunset. The location is very peaceful. I could even do a late check out as there were no guests the following day in the room. Great hospitality. The whirlpool had a great temperature of 38 degrees. Bus stop to Fira, Perissa or Akroturi is not far away.

The balcony & pool could have been better cleaned from dust and dirt. The sheets and bedlinen could have a better fit. Now the sheets come loose and was in a pile in the mornings. Two duvets/blankets instead of one for a double bed, with standard covers would have raised the bed from good to great :).

Great area with a lot of privacy. The location is perfect, in the middle of Santorini and easy access to the rest of the island. Spectacular views from the room & balcony. The suites are lovely, the AC is very silent, large fridge, beautiful bathroom.

It is very suitable for travelers who like to play by car. There are many attractions nearby. Every day when you come back, you can park your car in the parking space in front of the hotel, soak in the hot massage bath to relax after a day's fatigue, very relaxing

One small thing that we would liked to have were the bathrobes after jacuzzi and that's the only thing we have missed. Nevertheless, we are so happy that we deiced to stay at this place and it's definitely worth of coming back.

For sure the best sunset view on the island. Suite is modern and really nice. Special thanks to our host Fotis who was very kind to us and helpful.
