We stayed one night as a family of 5 with two babies. The hotel felt safe and friendly, the room was clean, and the food had a good variety with Greek specialties(moussaka , giemista fish calamari french fries, meat …). Fair for the price. The beach is clear but rocky (need swimming shoes). The staff were very nice and helpful especially Mrs Eliana.

The food was very simple and tasteless, but that's, probably, a subjective opinion. Though, I suppose, the price is paid for accommodation mirrored a variety of the food. I was not hungry, but there were no dishes I could name 'tasty'. THE MAIN PROBLEM I NOTICED: the number of sun loungers and umbrellas did not much the number of guests in the hotel. Many peoples leaved their towels on sun loungers for the night, it is not appropriate at all. To take an umbrella and sun loungers, which are non occupied for the night, you should wake up at least at 6 am. It looks like this problem doesn't care of the hotel staff. I tried to take an attention of the guy, who was responsible for the beach accessories, to this problem. But he waved it off. I think if you fix this problem with sun loungers, it would be very nice hotel with rate 8.0.

The hotel is located right on the beach, which is very comfortable. The room was a quite big, though a quite shabby, it will be great to renovate rooms. There are all needed for comfort accommodation in the room. Personal was quite friendly. The main value of this hotel is a proximity to the beach. Sea is very nice, when it was not windy. You can observe island Euboea, laying on the sun lounger. It is very stunning view. Overall, the beach is good. Also, I'd like to notice a bar near a pool, cocktails are tasty.

During the lunch or dinner not enough cutleries (may be because of overcrowded and not enough personnel ) Some mess of food - visitors are not serve themselves food accurately , so better if there would be some personnel and serve food to each client on plates. During several nights there were some loud music from midnight till 5 am- suppose disco from near bar. Was impossible to fall asleep.

We had confirmation for gluten and lactose free food. This is why we booked this hotel. BUT they couldn't give any gluten nor lactose free food.

The hotel itself and the room was good and nice. Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull. Very big thanks for them. The hotel has beach and pool which are nice. Unfortunatelly the pool is closed from 6 p.m. which is too early I think. Room was clean but bathroom was dirty when we arrived. All together we spent a good time here except that we theoratically couldn't eat too much at an all inclusive service.

I didn't like that there was very little choice of food, and there were never any sunbeds available either at the pool or on the beach.

The hotel was clean and tidy, I would like to mention the amazing staff and lifeguard who paid a lot of attention to the children, The place is beautiful and the sunset is pleasant.

Only need a renevation for hotel, and a bit far away from center

Hotel was nice All staff very friendly and helpful. Front desk people are amazing. Cleaning is so enough. Beach is clean early in the morning sea is calm later windy but not disturbed.

The rooms are little older, and on the 4. floor, is necessary to use air condition all night, because is very hot. But everything works properly.

The people who work there are really great, and they do everything to you feel very comfortable and free. We are very grateful for that.

There weren't enough chaise-longues on the beach for all the visitors. The fruit were always cut into pieces, there wasn't enough fish though. People smoked everywhere on the territory, there could have been more notices regarding it. One more thing is that there was almost no evening entertainment, just one Greek dancing night near the pool bar, only one mini disco for kids, the kids club has one animator only and the entertainment program seems rather vapid, to be honest, it could definitely be improved.

I think I didn’t like that it was so far off, maybe also didn’t expect the beach to be so rocky (hurting when walking on the ground to get to the water), overall we had a great stay at the end!

I loved the private beach, the view from the hotel was stunning, the food was very good! The pool area and the vibe overall was amazing! I would recommend it for everyone how wants to enjoy a calm and relaxing vacation!!

The beach...very clear water, but rocky, you definitely need aqua shoes/socks. NOT a reason to stay away, but big pebbles. Also, the pool shuts down at 6pm, swimmers are asked to start exitting the water 15 minutes before. I think that's a bit early. 7pm better in my opinion. Mattresses not the most comfortable, but good enough. ,

The staff are wonderful, ready to help, polite and respectful. The facility is practical, clean, spacious and the family vibe is great. The food was good too. Not 5-star, but nice enough, catering to most tastes. The pool is very well run with a good, caring lifeguard. Good, clean rooms too with nice views.

It's not the property itself but the information provided. We were told that the bus stopfrom Athens to Agioi Apostoli was in Kotsika 2 but was in fact in Ioulianou 19. Also, when asked about how to go to the hotel, the message said that the bus stop in Agioi Apostoli is 2 min away by foot from the hotel but was in fact 20 mins by foot and we had to take a taxi. Please update the information you give to customers so that they can go to or from your hotel in the smoothest way possible.
