We had some difficulties with the initial internet at first, which got sorted right away thankfully. But the cleanliness of the place upon arrival was a bit average considering what we paid. There were quite a few leaves and bugs in the room and bathroom. And the pool was quite dirty, however we understand that there was a storm from the night before.

Property was located in a convenient area outlooking to the beautiful coast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with recommendations and organising transport for us there.

The location is a bit outside of Imerovigli proper but with a taxi we had no problem getting around

The pool gets a bit chilly on windy days even in August. Additionally, it is harder to reach Imerovigli on foot than what we expected according to the map view, because there are no sidewalks.

Staff members were friendly and always ready to help. The infinity pool in the Honeymoon Suite had an amazing view.

EVERYTHING!! Everything was perfect: from the welcoming host and her smile, the services, the cleanliness, the Wifi, the breakfast (delicious with a variety of choices), the location (just nearby there is buss stop for busses that do Fira-Oia), the views, etc. I will definitely book there again!

I stayed at this place for 4 nights and experienced only positive emotions. Starting with a very welcoming and professional reception staff who also provided all information about available services, booking all you want (ATV rent, catamaran tours, etc.) from the reception and at the same price was very convenient. The room was spotless, with an amazing view and a private swimming pool. If you want calm and privacy, this hotel is the perfect choice. The location is also very convenient; if you rent transport, you can quickly go to any part of the island in a maximum of 30 minutes (the farthest point from the hotel). The good supermarket Carrefour is less than 5 minutes walking from the hotel. The room service is also excellent, and the staff is very responsive. Only a positive experience and I highly recommend this place.

The one improvement we would say is that the pool was very cold, so it wasn’t something we used much! Would be great for it to be heated so could get more use out of it!

Brilliance Suites were fantastic, the room was lovely, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were great, and were very happy to help with arranging taxis, booking in activities and providing breakfast each day! Their communication was clear, quick and helpful. The whole stay was lovely and would recommend Brilliance to anyone staying in Santorini!

Would love if the pool was heated but this is only a minor complaint!!

Great breakfast. Menu provided the day before and you could choose what time and what you wanted each morning. The location in Imerovigli was great. Easily walkable to the town but would probably recommend you get a car or ATV to explore the island. The hotel arranged an ATV for us which was fantastic. The staff were superb, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Perfect place for our stay in Santorini!! Debbie was great and very helpful during our stay! The breakfast was a nice addition. Location is close to the main area of Imergovili. Pool, view and room were great!! We will definitely be back!

Only one small recommendation. The towels and bed linen had a few stains, but still clean and fresh.

Excellent location. Gorgeous big room and outside pool area. Other hotels more central would charge a fortune for the same space and only a short walk to beautiful Imerovigli, with a gorgeous costal walk along to Thira. Staff were also perfect!! Debbie is wonderful and the room service all done via WhatsApp was great. Never had to wait long for anything.

The pool could have been warmer - however we visited in early season and the weather was not quite warm enough to heat the pool with ambient sun.

The pool could have been slightly heated, although we did like how refreshing it was on the super hot days!

Really nice sized outdoor area. We ended up only leaving the property once in our 5 night stay as we had everything we needed here. The menu was great with lots of options. The portion sizes are huge (we only had 2 meals a day while we stayed) and everything was delivered to our room, making it so easy to relax! And having a private pool was amazing.
