Not a negative per-se but it is on the pricier side of rooms. However it definitely meets expectations.

Excellent, brand-new facilities finished to a high standard. Straight-forward check-in and check-out process and a welcome pack with some snacks waiting for you in the room. Very comfortable beds and shower and really good airconditioning (important if you are visiting during the summer months). Parking available on-site.

The balcony is very narrow, not enough for two people to sit outside. However, there is a nice outdoor area by the entrance among plants that you can sit there and enjoy a coffee.

Well situated in a quiet area, the apartment had everything we needed, very helpful hosts and a tasteful decoration! We were offered welcoming snacks, quality amenities and and the bed was very comfortable.

Be mindful the building next door is doing constructions and will be noisy during the day if you are having meetings.

Renovated building, parking, renovated room am with modern design, comfortable and spacious. Fully equipped with iron, minibar and snacks. Large bathroom and shower. Enough space for unpacking. Responsive service.

The pillows were extremely big! A couple of lower ones would have been great!

The owners obviously made a huge investment on what looks like a brand new project. Everything worked perfectly, and was spotlessly clean. The room lacks nothing in comparison to that of a five star hotel. The neighbourhood is quiet with a small kids park on the same street. Our 6 year old greatly appreciated the bag full of snacks and the little gifts left for him! We were visiting for a medical appointment and the owners were very understanding when we requested a late check out. Only a short taxi ride to the centre. Lovely little lobby area on the ground floor, where you could wait for your room to get ready or leave your bags in the locked space.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean bedrooms. Very polite and helpful staff. Every day there were water and snacks in the room. Also, comb, toothbrush, shower cap and other amenities. Another convient thing is that the shower was in a different room than the toilet, so they could be used simultaneously. Everything was excellent overall!

Nothing negative !

Absolutely everything! The apartment itself plus furnishings are beautiful and there is parking & host is always reachable. They have fantastic Blockout shutters and the most comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. Every corner of the apartment is perfectly clean and both times we have stayed there. The fridge has been stocked with waters and a variety of snacks provided.
