It is quite steep, but as for us it was just a nice way to keep ourselves a bit activated on our vacation. And in Parga, it is steep a lot of places, if you want a view.

We loved this villa- it has a magnificent view and also it is not far to walk downtown or to the beach. The pool is bigger than we expected and also it is a bit of a nice bris, so we did not feel it was to hot, Even if it was + 30 celcius when we were in Parga.

The road up to the villa is really quite steep. It's a challenging drive, and an intense walk in 36 degree heat!

Blue Lilac is the most amazing villa we've stayed in. It's very new and very well maintained and cleaned. It's a beautiful and thoughtfully designed building with an amazing infinity pool with a stunning view over Parga. Elia is an excellent host, there when you need him, but respectful of your space also.

This is by far the best place we have ever stayed in our lives. The villa is stunning, spotlessly clean, panoramic views over Parga and the hills. The pool was lovely, larger than expected. Amazing sunsets, birds of prey flying past. The owner, Elia, was so friendly, helpful and made our stay even better. He cannot have been any more welcoming. Photos cannot do this place justice, no matter how hard we tried!!! Highly recommended to all, especially if you want to feel like you have won the lottery!!! Tip: embrace the hill, it is worth it to get peace, quiet and privacy.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a stay in Parga . The villa is perched high on a mountain and offers the most breathtaking views of the city. The space itself is incredibly clean and spacious, and the beautiful backyard makes it hard to want to leave. Everything was just as pictured, if not better. Elias, the owner, was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met and checking in on us regularly. The villa is also ideally located, just a short distance from the town.

Blue Lilac Villa is truly beautiful with stunning views from the villa,infinity pool, garden and terrace, all of which are kept immaculetley. Everything was perfect for our stay with comfy beds and great bathrooms. Most of all was the very warm welcome from Elia who was so kind, generous and helpful. Elia and his brother have done a wonderful job with Blue Lilac Villas, we could not have wished for a nicer place to stay.

Walking into the centre of Parga from the villa takes about 15-20 minutes, getting back was ok for us but I imagine it will be a problem for some people given how steep the hill is to get back up to the villa. We tried multiple taxis to take us home after nights out in Parga but no taxi would take us all the way back to the villa because of the single track road and how steep it is. We hired a car and would recommend people staying in this villa to hire a car as it allows you to maximise the area. For example, the beaches in / near Parga were too busy and we didn't bother with them but north and south of Parga there are many fantastic beaches, we especially loved Syvota where we hired a boat. Only confident drivers should hire a car given how busy Parga traffic can be and how precarious the road is to the villa.

The villa is fantastic, one of the best villas we have stayed in. The bedrooms are spacious as are the bathrooms, living areas and kitchen. The pool and outdoor area are very good but the best thing about this property are the views down to Parga and out to sea along with surrounding mountains. Its also very quiet which was another big bonus for us. there is plenty of car park space for a few cars which is great given how parking in Parga can be a nightmare in busy times of the year (we went in August). Katerina our host was lovely, welcoming and helped us out with advice on things.

The host was so kind and polite. Katerina made sure we had a relaxing and enjoyable time. Probably the kindest host we have ever come across in all our travels. The pictures did not do this property justice. It’s brand new. We were the third guests to stay in the villa. The villa is STUNNING. It’s without a doubt the best view in Parga. You are overlooking the castle and have complete privacy. The pool is spectacular and bigger than the pictures make it out to be. Can’t say enough how nice this villa is. Felt like celebrities staying at this property.
