Parking situation was good for the most part, but... The parking lot that is right next door is only useful to anyone with a small compact/economy car. This underground lot is very small with really tight turns and has a pretty steep entry/exit. My only negative experience was that after the first night, we seemed to have lost our parking space despite expecting to have the space for the 4 nights we were there (other cars were parked in what was supposed to be our spot) and the host wasn't able to remedy the situation. On the other hand, there is an alternative above-ground parking lot with tons of space about 2-3 blocks away on foot (but about a 5-min drive due to all the one-way streets), which is where we parked the remaining nights. It was great to have this alternative option, but would have preferred having our own spot in the tiny next-door lot. Only other thing to mention is that the stairs for the loft are a bit steep (by American standards). Wasn't a problem for us, but might be a little challenging for folks who have knee/hip issues (although there is a nice banister to hold onto).

Host was very friendly, prompt, and thorough with communication. Door entry is fantastic as you don't need to carry around a key. Unit was very clean and a great size for two people. A/C on each level was wonderful to have and each A/C unit was efficient and quiet. The decor is modern and the place was designed to be very efficient. Great wifi. Location is convenient as there are many stores, bars, and restaurants nearby, and the castle/lake area is just a short walk away. Wonderful welcome package of lots of different bread products, jams, yogurt, and bananas. In a city where parking is tough, it was nice to have a free parking lot available. Would definitely stay here again.

Owner is very helpful and responsive; Constantly checked on us until we arrived. Surprised us with a basket of food for breakfast and allowed for late check-out. Location is great; takes about 10 minutes of walking to get anywhere in town.

Parking was difficult in a small parking garage nearby. I would recommend the accommodation for a maximum of a week or 2 because the kitchen is not prepared to cook.

Very friendly host and staff. The room was very nice and comfortable. Also for beside it was in the center it was very quiet. The bed was really comfortable and everything was perfectly clean.

The location is just perfect right in the heart of the old town and all the shops, bars and restaurants are literally a three-minute walk away. The apartment was fully equipped, clean and spacious even for a group of four adults.Well designed and modern even though it's a complex of traditional small houses sharing a charming little courtyard. The host and staff were extra helpful and friendly. The cherry on top was the free parking space provided close by and the amazing food and breakfast provided in our fully stocked fridge! I cannot recommend this place enough! We''re definitely coming back!

A very nice modern place to stay, located in the city center, just 10 minutes walk to the lake. Alex, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! The rooms are perfect. We want to thank Alex (the host) for everything. We arrived pretty late and were super tired. The host is super welcoming, very attentive to the client’s needs and so in time! We appreciated Alexis’s help and kindness! Blue Jasmine is in a nice place right in the centre within walking distance to all spots you need. Tidy room with big bathroom, kitchen with everything you need and other handy stuff like iron, hairdryer, microwave, coffee and tea, and even slippers. What else to add? Wonderful host, great location, clean and comfortable room. All you need to enjoy Ioannina for work or for leisure!
