The walk to the property can get annoying, but that’s necessary to get so close to beach front living.

Location and beach are best in the area, and the hosts are incredibly kind and caring.

There was only one thing missing, a washing machine. Nothing else wrong. Perfect stay.

The apartment is just wonderful. The views from the balcony are stunning, you could not be closer to the sea unless you were swimming! Shower was fabulous too. The whole apartment is beautiful & very stylish. The Black Rocks family were all so lovely; friendly & really welcoming. You can tell that they really care that you have a great stay, even providing sunbeds, umbrella & towels for the beach. They also serve THE BEST calamari on the island..( see photo!) There are amazing beaches a few steps from the apartment, sandy & gorgeous with , interesting rock formations.

Everything was perfect. We really recommend to stay here, if you are looking for a rather quiet and very confortable place. 5 star hotel quality interiors, a super Greek restaurant just next door, direct beach access and hosts always available to assist if needed. A fab stay.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment in a stunning location. We received a very warm welcome. The apartment is next to a quiet sandy beach. The Black Rocks taverna on site is in the best location in Agios Gordios, and provides the best quality, best value authentic Greek food. The sunsets from the balcony of the apartment provide the perfect finish to a perfect day.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, if you need anything they're very easy to contact and help. You're right on the beachfront with a plethora of options for food and drink - would highly recommended to stay here!

The location is great, the kind you would see fit for exotic DJ sets filming - #cosmicgate ;) The apartment is large, comfortable and modern. Loved especially the little beaches hidden by the rocks.

After the Greek Orthodox Easter is the best time to visit. Hardly anything open in the towns although the restaurant next door (owned by the landlords) was open. They brought us fresh croissants which was lovely and also brought ordered food to the apartment. Fantastic.

Lovely maisonette! Very modern and clean with beautiful views. Nice secluded beach on one side and the main town on the other side a short walk away. We couldn’t recommend this property more! The family was so welcoming and hospitable. Will definitely be returning!

We had an amazing stay in the Black Rock appartment! The Black Rock family was really nice, always there if you need anything and always with a smile, very much apprceciated. Their restaurant is one of the best around and the sea view and sunset from the balcony and restaurant is really beautiful. We had a little paradise corner on the beach (at the left of the appartment) with almost or nobody around which was amazing. Then with a cold espresso or cappucino, my day is perfect :-)

Nothing, could not fault this property at all

The apartment is finished to a great quality. As we were 2 couples sharing the space, it was the perfect size with 2 double bed rooms with cupboards, double sink in the bathroom and a sofa that fits us all, it was perfect for us. On arrival our transfer (arranged by Black Rocks) met us at the airport. Upon arrival in the town we were greeted by our host, a quick vehicle change and before you know it we are driving across the beach to the property (what a start!!!) Everyone that we interacted with at Black Rocks was fantastic, super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help! When booking we were worried about noise from the restaurant, however this has caused no disruption at all! It’s also incredibly handy having an excellent restaurant downstairs… and also dangerously good cocktails! The beaches in both directions were great, it was nice to have the option of sandy but busier and rocky but quieter. Finally the lovely touch of Breakfast and iced coffee on the morning we left was a real high to end on. Thanks again to everyone at Black Rocks! I am sure we will be back!

The shampoo, shower gel and nesspresso machine would be nice.

If you came by taxi the first welcome is a crazy ride down the hill with property owner in 4x4 pickup. The Black Rock is a restaurant with accomodation, this should go this way. Food offered is delicious and at resonable price. If you stay over Thursday the BBC is a must. Apartment is worth its price, you get two bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and living room with two balconies (you can enjoy sun set from balcony :-) The next door beach is rather small and bit "wetty". I'd recommend to go to the next one (1 minute walk), it is still a bit rocky but much more convenient.

The view from the apartment was beautiful. We also enjoyed several great meals from the restaurant downstairs. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Couch needs to be cleaned Otherwise it was clean. Only one key provided.

Nice location. Nice beach just outside. Kitchen had all cooking amenities-plates cups etc. Newly renovated. Firm beds but comfortable.
