There was nothing to dislike.

Perfect location for the main sites and old town. We'll appointed, very comfortable and spotless. Close to an excellent selection of bars and restaurants.

There were some small things not working, i.e. light the corridor where the elevator was, so when it was dark it was really dark in our floor.. other floors had motion detection.. Also, fact that during a 4 day stay there was no one time cleaning initiated by the property.

Only minor things that were addressed relatively quickly once it was brought to staff's attention: - The place was clean for the most part, except some dishes were left dirty. - I would like to see some more towels so we can keep the place clean (e.g., cleaning floors when there is a spill, keeping the sink area clean, etc.). - AC remotes were missing for most of the units in the apartment.

The location is unbeatable. It's right near Plaka and within short walking distance to the Acropolis and the museum. The staff provided good local recommendations, and were very responsive, and were able to accommodate early check in. The area where the apartment is also felt safe. I would definitely come back and stay here.

There was no parking close to the property. We had a huge van and had to find street parking which was hard. Also we had no access to heat and it was a little cold at night and we wanted to turn on the heat in our rooms and the towel drying rack in bathrooms. We asked the host to turn it on which they ended up turning it on during the night sometime. There was a washer but would have been more helpful if a dryer also. It was pretty loud right by the major street, it also happened to be Independence Day the next morning and it was so very loud very early in the am listening to the military tanks come in. ( I know this is not normal noise)

Loved the location, it was big and spacious for our family of 6. The beds were so comfortable and every room and bathroom was very clean. We had tons of space to spread out. It was within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants Philip was an amazing host and came in and explained everything and even gave us his what’s app number if things came up. He was even willing to walk to help us find parking since we were having a hard time.

Huge apartment with amazing view! Very clean with all the amenities and close to the centre, everything is within walking distance. Philip is an incredible host, very friendly and helpful. We were here for only 1 night but we will definitely be back.

He didn't check the place properly with us - When he left the wifi didn't work and the water heater was off so we didn't have hot waters at first - He came back fast and fixed both issues.

It was a little noisy, but as it was winter, we had the windows shut, so it was ok.

Loved the location, the views of Zeus, and the apartment layout. It was very comfortable for a family of 6, with adult age children. It's hard to find 4 bedrooms, and this apartment was perfect! We all had our privacy, as well as good communal space. The beds were super comfortable. Also, the staff were great and helped fix a problem with the window, even though it was New Years weekend. They responded immediately, and took care of it. Super convenient to everything we wanted to do and see, and was a great way to begin our family vacation.

A small lift carrying one person and 3 suitcases up the 4 floors to the room

The photos were certainly accurate and it didn't disappoint. Facilities were great even though just there for one night we didn't make use of most of them. Location was great- on a main road but the double (or triple) glazing was superb with very little noise heard. The apartment was great for 8 of us and good value- normally it would be for just 2 or 4 so it would be rather expensive- I'm not sure if they have smaller apartments to cater for this?

drinks range, a little. location indications also, as easy to miss. i'd say, up the stairs from the train, continue down the street, turn left and look for the indian food place, we're next door.

The location of the property was walkable to all the major attractions (Acropolis, Roman Agora, Monastirakiou, and the Plaka). The management team went out of their way to accommodate our requests from the arrangement of transportation to/from to checking on us through out our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The service went above and beyond of what I expected and would strongly recommend this property.
