It’s true about mosquitoes, first night we killed a dozen of them and bought raid. After that, we had no problems. Bathroom has a bad ventilation and leaves smell, needs a renovation. In some corners there’s visible spider web.

Very good price, location and friendly staff. Breakfast and pool available in neighboring accommodation - Jack’s apartment. If you have a rental car, you can easily get around.

Cheap room with great view on the willage and sea. Its little difficult to get there if you walk there, but you find the way. Its about 10 minutes walk from the beach. There is another place next door where you can have something to eat and use their swimming pool when you buy dring or something. There is many mosquitos ..make sure you are prepared. I was bitten many times. We loved the area of this accommodation..if you love the nature..this is the place to be..We saw owl and other birds. The shower is strong but quite small and bigger person might have a problem to move inside.

The hosts where very welcoming and friendly. The location was excellent. We had the top floor room which had a beautiful big balcony with two sunbeds 🌞 really great for relaxing in the sun 🌞

the aparment is old fashion, the bed not the best and the toilet really small. there is not gel for the hands. it is really basic, but the price is good.

It was a lovely hotel in Kefalos; quiet, clean, a lovely garden and lovely people… We felt like home it was so peaceful. We had our kitchen and everything, we prepared ourselves breakfast and had it at our balcony. Bill and Eva were so sweet:) We would definitely prefer that hotel if we will be Kos again.

This is my second time staying here. Billy and Eva are an absolute delight! So kind and nice to talk to. The rooms are spaceous and have everything one might need. Recommend! Thank you Billy and Eva.

Hosts Eva and Bill were very friendly and hospitable. Our son loved them a lot and didn’t want to leave at all, and neither did we! :) Some might think the property is far from the beach, but we see this as both a positive and a negative. The house is located in a quiet area, away from the main road, which is especially great if you have kids. Plus, it only took me six minutes to walk to the beach. We also enjoyed visiting Jack’s apartments nearby, where we regularly had a wonderful breakfast. It was also possible to use Jack’s swimming pool, which our son loved and swam in occasionally. Whenever we needed an extra towel or a replacement for a used one, the hosts were always ready to help. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be coming back!

We found 2 tics on our bodies (my gf had it on her face, I had it on my leg). We made a photo of it and went to the owners, because we suspected the tics were in the bed/room, as my partner didn't nosedive into bushes, we were at the sea the whole day, so no way the tic hanging on to her face. Even though we understood it was already a bit late ( approximately 23:30), we didn't want to sleep in a bed with tics. They didn't really understand what we meant (bill understands English a bit better then his wife, but the communication with them was completely unproductive and unprofessional). They started fighting with us, almost shouting that they have never seen tics in the bedroom, that the bite on my girlfriends face was just a mosquito bite, and that the picture is fake. They were basically saying we were lying. Also during the fight Eva said she will call a doctor to "check whose bite it is", basically to prove us wrong. We finished the dialogue. Next morning she told us she already called a doctor and he will be here at 7. We said that she shouldn't bother. In theory the tics could have been picked up somewhere else, although this is very inprobable. It becomes even more apparent that the tics were from the bedroom, when their outdoor cat, climbed into our bedroom and chilled there for an hour. The tics were probably brought in to the room by it or a different cat, as there are many. We also found a cockroach. But the whole thing with accusing us of lying was very, very bad. We were just asking for another room, which they, of course, didn't provide. After they seemed to understand that they got us pretty pissed and that we probably will be posting a not so positive review, they started talking much more to us, asking wether everything was okay, trying to "bribe" us with fresh towels and fruit, which was kinda comical.

View was good. Wish it was a bit nearer to the beach (it was a 10 min walk to the beach) Air conditioner was a win.

Everything was perfect, Eva and Bill were very kind, they helped us with everything, including renting a car. We felt at home during our stay and would not hesitate for a second to recommend them. A beautiful experience.
