There was no hand soap in the toilet. The location of the hotel was listed incorrectly. On the map, it appeared to be closer to the beach, but in reality, it was next to Aloha Hotel, much further uphill. We had already made our way to the beach with all our belongings, expecting to check in nearby. Only after that did the host message us with the actual address, which was at the top of a steep hill we had just walked down — so it was quite unpleasant to carry everything back up again.

The view and the location is perfect! Perfect for our 1 night visit to Agios! We were silly enough to lock ourselves out of the room at 3am too…. The gentleman answered the phone and came to us within 10 minutes! Really helpful!

A few details that future guests might want to be aware of:  The house is located uphill from the nearest bus stop, you need to walk up a road. It would be helpful if the hosts made this clearer on Booking: the map there may give the impression that there’s access from below, which is not the case. The room I stayed (one of many in the house) is clearly been used over the years. There are marks of it: cracks in the sink, and some wear and tear on the furniture that makes it feel more like a modest guesthouse, so keep it in mind if you're planning a romantic trip for two. That being said, these imperfections are easily outweighed by the room’s strong advantages: a large, very comfortable bed, with a new mattress, immaculate mosquito screens, and a beautiful balcony view that truly elevates the space. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, so we usually kept the door closed. The shower curtain felt a bit unhygienic, which was the only thing that could be improved.

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect – easy to reach, parking right by the property, and just a short walk into the village. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed, including air conditioning. The view from the terrace was also lovely.

The bathroom could use some fixing, the shelf was kind of falling apart. one day it started raining from the floor above because there was a leak in the pipe, but the host fixed it the next morning

The facilities need to be updated. It's really a bit old and the door gonna be closed properly and there were a lot of mosquitoes and they have a mosquito killer machine, but it didn't work at all.

- Host proposed to cancel Booking.com reservation so that they don't pay the Booking.com fee. - After we declined the host proposition to cancel the Booking.com reservation, and after I paid the full reservation price with my card at the reception POS, I got a notification from booking that the host could not process my payment (Say what?? Most likely for them to continue to not pay Booking.com fees - awful way of dodging fees ....) - Bathroom - dirty. The sink filter was literally filled with hair. And the WC had continuous water pouring down (and you could not stop it). - We stayed for 3 nights, our sheets have not been changed once. - No daily change of towels (which, in August at 30+ °C and at a beach accomodation, I say would have been expected) - we asked for towels/sheet change on our last day and the host told us that on Sunday the cleaning ladies only works on departures (What??). The host provided clean towels nevertheless, but I think only because we asked specifically for this. - Noisy - the accomodation is very close to the street. Although the room door was closed, it felt lile the scooters and cars were driving in the room. - Balcony door mosquito sliding net - it barely worked and also fell off several times on my head - that needs fixing. -There was a blood stain on my pillow case.

Location and view. Other than the bad approach on the booking.com reservation and flagging faulty payment, host was helpful via whatsapp for transport and provided restaurant recommendations.

It was clean, no issues with nothing and especially miso was sooo much help. He was absolutely amazing!! He waited for me until I arrived at the destination which was after midnight and helped organise transport for me also!!! It would have been amazing time without miso!

The view in our room was absolutely stunning. The price was also very reasonable for the location and the quality of the apartment, which was a definite plus. No water pressure, old bathroom and equipments. Can be loud due to street noises.

The only positive thing I can mention is the view and comfy bed. I cannot understand the really good reviews.
