An oasis . Lovely facilities, great breakfast. Lovely surroundings, pool, tables and lounges by the pool , 1 minute walk to the beach and bus stop for access to other attractions on the island .

If you are a solo traveler or a couple without kids, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s mainly filled with families with small kids or pre-teens that make a lot of noise, so difficult to have a quiet vacation or even sit by the pool without getting splashed from jumping in and off. I was very unfortunate to get a room next to a noisy family with 3 kids that screamed and shouted until 1 am in the morning. I tried for several times to ask the parents to control their children but the parents just shut the door in front of me.

Occasionally there was a bit of a urine smell randomly at different times in our room. Potentially from old pipes not sure. Also the pillows were a little hard.

We loved the sun loungers they were very comfortable with attached pillows. Also the pool was a good size and very clean. The bed was also very comfortable with 2 pillows each. Staff were very helpful and attentive. It was right next to a mini market and the beach.

The property is very well maintained. There is a pool with comfortable chairs- food and drinks can be ordered and brought to you. The food is outstanding and there is an excellent selection of daily specials. Can easily have all your meals at the hotel.

The warm welcome and continued fantastic service from all staff made our stay a fantastic experience. The smaller size makes for a very friendly atmosphere. Never a worry about poolside loungers, no ridiculous practice to reserve your spot, even during our ‘peak time’ stay, they were always available, sun or shade. Our small, garden view room was great, with cool touches and ample size for our needs. Merely 50m from the sand of Galissas beach, this hidden secret has it all.

The one point of improvement is the breakfast. Greek culture is a coffee culture, yet the hotel serves coffee from a mass production Douwe Egberts machine. Their chargeable coffee from the machine was wonderful but is offered as a paid service. The variety and diversity of the breakfast could be improved by offering different fresh fruits (not just daily melon) or fresh eggs made to order (instead of having eggs pre cooked and displayed under a heater)

Loved everything about Hotel Benois! The location, the interior and the facilities, the pool, the decoration and mainly the employees at the hotel. It’s super well located close to the beach, restaurants while still enjoying the privacy of a hotel pool. All employees were super friendly and personally I enjoyed the hotel cats as well. Our hotel room had sea view and a balcony which really complemented our stay

Great hotel with great services and a supermarket next door and restaurants very close by. It’s on the bus route so very convenient if you don’t have a car. Great pool and beach ….. nice place to relax. Lovely staff.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay here. The hotel is located right on the beach, which made everything feel effortlessly relaxing. It’s also super easy to get to — we arrived by bus directly from the port with no issues at all. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options, and the swimming pool was honestly the cleanest we've ever seen — crystal clear and really well maintained. A special shoutout to Benois restaurant, which completely exceeded our expectations. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was top-notch. We ended up dining there more often than we planned because it was just that good. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great food all in one place.
