You get a whole house for yourself. It was close to the sea 30 meters , very close to all the cafes and restaurants and supermarket and fish market. Close to the bus station and close to the port. You commute everywhere by foot. Comfortable house with all amenities, clean with a large bedroom, separate kitchen, dining room, TV room and large veranda. It has the ideal location that is 1 minute away from everything on foot. I will definitely book this accommodation for my stay next year. It was exceptional.

Very nice apartment - clean and plenty of amenities, especially the air conditioning. The actual location of the apartment is very close to plenty of shops and restaurants but down a small alley - so it's nice and quiet at night. The apartment also has lots of outside space- in particular a balcony from the living room and an outdoor terrace. The owner met us on the day and was in contact throughout our holiday - highly recommend staying here

We loved our stay in this apartment. It is traditionally decorated which is what we loved but has all mod cons. Very spacious. We loved the balconies in the gorgeous setting. Location is excellent. A two minute walk up a beautiful little alley roadway to the beachfront and village streets. Our host was very nice and met us to hand over the keys and collect. He made everything very easy. We hope to return in the future. Have no hesitation in recommending a stay in this lovely apartment.

The spacious and bright apartment offered us all the conditions to have a pleasant vacation. The special attention to details, the cleanliness of the house and the way things were taken care of, even with the imprint of time on them, impressed us. There are those vintage things, quality furniture and classic accessories that bring you closer to the feeling of home, to your parents or grandparents. The modern facilities were also very helpful: washing machine, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, even multiple options for preparing coffee (Greek, filter, mocha, frappe) and many others perfectly functional. For us, this proves that Mr. Konstantions wants his guests to feel very comfortable in his house and he succeeded. We also appreciated the small welcome gift and we returned the gesture as a sign of thanks for the 4 perfect days. We thank you very much and hope to see you next time in person. A&M

We were led to believe we could leave our bags at the property during the day before taking the ferry later in the evening. We couldn't and we had to cart our heavy bags around with us all day. it marred what was otherwise a very pleasant stay

It was a spacious and very comfortable property with everything we needed for a very pleasant stay on hand. It had a lovely balcony where we could sit in the shade during the heat of the day and it was a very short walk from the beach

Amazing spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, great, homely atmosphere. While the apartment is close to the harbor, it is very quiet and cozy. The spacious garden adds to the character and the shady first floor terrace is very relaxing; would definitely check availability next time I visit Aegina.

Nothing, everything perfect.

The house is located within walking distance from the port and centre of Aegina, in a totally quiet street. The ample balcony of the apartment overlooks the lovely private garden, has a table and chairs for having meals outside in total privacy and awnings protecting you from the sun. The apartment is very spacious, clean and furnished in traditional Greek style an full of lovely details. Each room has air conditioning and insect nets. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped with everything. The communication with the owner for the logistic details was very friendly and efficient. We will definitely stay here again should we visit Aegina in the future.

Nothing really. Some rather old fashioned cupboards or designs that reveal its age are certainly balanced by its very positive atmosphere and light.

This is a renovated house of the 60's/70's, on the first floor of a detached building surrounded by a garden. Its location is perfect. It is on a calm, side street that leads to the seafront and to the Panagitsa beach after 2 min walk. In fact, everything in the town of Aegina is a few minutes walk from the property, and there is a municipal parking nearby. The house is bright, very well equipped and very clean (much appreciated), with spacious rooms and bathroom, balconies with table and chairs, and some nice pieces of furniture. We were delighted to stay there, right after Easter. The instructions of the owners of how to arrive at and get into the house were clear and there was nothing to complain about; there were also some little presents for us. Highly recommended place.

Door keys a bit tricky but never a real problem. Shower would be awkward for someone not steady on their feet.
