It’s one of the best houses not only in Phyhagorion but also in Samos. You have an access to the beach. And next to the best restaurant Faros whose owner also a family member 🥰

Excellent! The house was very clean, roomy and well decorated where you can fulfill all your needs easily. Since the location of the house is near Faros restaurant(with a great sea view), we were able to order delicious foods, drinks to the house, and enjoyed within the house comfort. The house is very close to the beach (8-10 steps). You may also book your sunbeds to have great time, sunbathing in the beach. If you want to discover Pythagorion, no problem, everywhere is in the walking distance. I’d like to thank all the people around us during our vacation. Vassia welcomed us very kindly and presented the house with her great energy. Stella was very kind, we all enjoyed a lot with conversations (she promised to improve her Turkish know-how🙂). Dimitri was a real gentleman, helped a lot in the restaurant. Having warm, smiling faces during the holiday made our experience even better. It felt like we were staying in our own house. We are pleased to have great friendships in Samos. Hope to see you again, thanks!

What a joy! We had the best time in this gorgeously decorated, spacious, spotless house which has an exceptional location. The house is really special and of very high quality, definitely a wow factor, yet you feel so much at home. The local family who owns the house and the restaurant next door are so lovely, hardworking and fun to be around. They all take such good care of you. Great food, lovely little beach are at an arm's distance and all cafes and shops are easily accessible by a lovely walk through the harbour. This was a fantastic experience for us- to be repeated!

Since we were more than two persons, the lack of second bathroom was noticeable.

Everything about the house was perfect. Location, decoration, every single detail thought perfectly for our comfort. The beach is literally in front of the house. The restaurant near the house is perfect and serves to the house. Lemon daikiri they make is heaven! The village has everything you need. Markets, small shops, restaurants♥️ the owners of the house are extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything was fantastic. Location perfect. House was spotless and had everything we needed. Could not recommend this place more. I’d also suggest when you’re sitting on your front porch at night to ask Stella next door at the restaurant for one of her vodka mango and peach cocktails.

We had a great week in early May in the house, the house is very spacious and beautifully decorated with an eye for detail, we felt right at home. The location of the house is great on the beach, with the nicest restaurants on the same street. In the morning, you can have great coffees at Two Spoons, don't forget to try their homemade lemonade. For dinner or lunch two of our favourites are Remantaki and Enhorio, all on the same street. Walking down the alley you come to Pyhtagorion's lively harbour, with several nice restaurants. Dimitra, the host and her sister Vassia are super helpful, friendly and respond immediately if there are any questions. In short, such a beautiful house in such a nice location is really very special, we will definitely come back,

This property is very special - a real find! The location is amazing and the house itself is beautiful. Everyone associated with the property - from the host Dimitra, her sister Vassia (who let us in to the property), their cousin Stella who owns the restaurant next door - are incredibly kind and made the stay so lovely. It's hard to put into words how magical the setting is. Waking up to walk a few steps to swim in the sea every morning was amazing and Pythagoreio is a wonderful town with a castle and lots fantastic restaurants. The house itself exceeded our expectations and we would come and stay again in a heartbeat.

We spent a wonderful week in this lovely home. The house was well-equipped, spacious, with comfortable beds, clean and cozy. Although the beach and restaurants are just meters away, it is never too noisy, and the entire surrounding area is offering a pleasant atmosphere. The center of town in 5 walking minutes away and many historical attractions of Pythagoreio are within a walking distance or short taxi drive. And not to forget to mention - our hosts Dimitra and Vassia were super friendly and very helpful. Absolutely recommended!

Spacious home with good facilities. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very helpful. It is located in front of a sandy beach and next to many good restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed it a lot.
