Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Amazing! A real hidden gem, wanted to never leave. Really perfect. Incredible sea views over a quiet cove. It felt like getting away from it all but also near wonderful sites and loads of things to do.

AustriaThere are not so many shops or restaurants close by, a car is needed.
The beach is really couple of minutes walk from the house. The pebble beach itself is not very nice but the water is beautiful, always turquoise and clean. There are also boats to rent. There are no streets to cross to the beach. The house is beautifully furnished, there are two bathrooms. The kitchen could use some more utensils. There are two beautiful balconies. The pool is great, always clean.

United KingdomI want to be honest and truthful. We arrived and found the house very hot, as it would be on a summer day. Even with all the windows and doors open, there just wasnt a breeze to cool off, but thankfully there are fly-screens on all the windows. There is no air-conditioning in the living room area, which was a shock. We switched on all the aircon units in the other rooms and immediately the fuse box starting tripping and had to be manually reset every 10 minutes. This was a problem as we hired this house as we has all our family staying there with us for our wedding the next day. It was extremely stressful and even more so with the electrical problem and the heat. I contacted the owner and he came very quickly with a fan for the living room and then later with an electrician who was able to show us how to keep the aircon units on and also gave an electrical extension so my wife was able to have power in the bedroom for her wedding prep.
Nice location close to the sea.
