Location to beach was less than 5mins walk on a flat road. Also local hotels allow use of their pools and facilities. Rooms are fine to use as a Base, kept clean and family that own the apartments are friendly.

This was my 2nd stay. The location is perfect, 5 Min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the main strip. Nice clean studio, friendly hosts, and a peaceful location.

Everything was perfect. So close to beach. The property was modern and well fernished. Their hospitality of the owner was perfect.

No swimming pool (however we used a local hotel daily), shower is hot and effective but hand held and bathroom gets wet when in use. Upper rooms are accessed via steps so request a ground floor if you have mobility issues

Babis Studios is situated in a very good area in kalamaki, close to the sea (5 min walk tops), and also close to the main road where all the stores and the tavernas are, but at the same time far enough for it to not be affected by the noise pollution of the cars. It has all the necessities to make your stay a good one, and the staff is the kindest we have ever encountered.

Excelent location, big inner yard for parking and kids play. Kitchen well equiped, spacious and fully functional bathroom, confortable bed, very clean and most of all, an exceptional big balcony. Plus the hosts are super-kind, ready to help and support! 5-7 min walking to Kalamaki beach and same from comercial street.The beach is with sand and huge, with a lot of choices to stay. The see level is up to the knee for 10-15m, very good for kids. Also in Kalamaki are a lot of good choices for shopping, good eating, kids playground. Much less crowded then Laganas, looks a better choice if you look for a confortable cosy place.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment and would have preferred the double bed to have been in the bedroom next to the kitchen so as not to have disturbed the younger ones whilst making tea/breakfast in the morning

The location was perfect for the short walk to the beach and not to far from the shops and restaurants. The family who run it were so kind and helpful, nothing was to much trouble, and rooms were kept clean and tidy with fresh bedding and towels every 2 days. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely return in the future. Thankyou for making us so welcome.🥰

Very nice and pleasant place, clean and comfortable apartment with a balcony and view at the courtyard, located in the peaceful part of the Kalamaki, near the beach, but also near the street where all the restoraunts are located. Arrival day my room had no electricity due to booked up the owners booked me in a room not far away.

The bathrooms were basic with a hand- held shower and there was nowhere to sit other than on the beds or on the balcony (which was not practical when there was an electrical storm!). Also a bit of a shock to find there was no door between the bedrooms, just a door shaped gap in the wall which was cosy!

The owners were really kind and attentive, and the location near to the beach and town was also good. The linen was changed every other day and bins emptied every day which we really appreciated.
