Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesAzalea was amazing on a beautiful beach in Kamari Santorini! The beach is less than a block away. They have a hot breakfast in the morning, and a great pool outside. They work with a shuttle service that is good for groups. Gogo, the owner, is absolutely fabulous! She helped make our trip amazing.

The hotel was really nice and the ladies that work there are so friendly. If you need anything they will help you! The beach is about a minute away from the hotel. Lots of shops around and places to eat. A really convenient place to stay in especially for a family! Your room will be cleaned every day which is lovely. Breakfast is good, you can’t really complain. Thank you to the staff that looked after us!

Very friendly staff. Perfect daily cleaning of the room, we were very amused how the towels were arranged. Once in a bow, then in the shape of ice cream. The cleaning lady was a real artist. I really appreciate that on the day of our departure we were able to use the hotel pool and shower until the evening. Breakfast simple but fresh. Overall, we highly recommend the hotel.

Fantastic stay here, all staff friendly and helpful. Rooms and gardens are beautiful, pool great. Any time we needed help with something absolutely no problem. Needed help to upgrade room as when I booked I thought I booked twin room for my son and daughter to stay in but I booked a double.... But no problem and was quickly found a better room for them to stay in. Breakfast until 11am continental style with pastries, fruit hot and cold drinks, lovely start to the day.

United KingdomWe were initially stunned by the low flying aircraft over the hotel coming into the airport but found it quite funny and exciting after a while.
Beautiful hotel, courtyards, palm trees, short walk to beach and avenue of restaurants/ small shop. Quiet location. Near to airport. Helpful taxi transfer. Warm staff. Great pool and self service breakfast. Clean up to date room and bathroom.

United KingdomThe planes didn't bother me and i geeked out quite a bit, but for some this may be annoying.
We were greeted in a lovely way, shown to our rooms. Check in was really fast. The room (28) was a lovely size, the bed was extremely comfortable, decent pillows, air con was amazing and very much needed. Bathroom is a decent size with lovely shower, has a decent 2 in 1 shower / hair wash that smells nice. I only made it to breakfast twice, although the selection isnt huge it is plentiful, cereals, toast, mini pastries that change each day, juices and teas. Plenty to be had, the people that say there wasn't much choice maybe used to pigging out at an all you can eat buffet breakfast, i thought what was offered was really nice. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Huge hats off to the cleaners who make sure your room is gleaming every time they clean. They do an amazing job there. The pool area is cute - water is fresh and lovely on a hot day to dip into. A mini supermarket nearby has lots that you may need. Short walk into town (15 - 20 mins) Beach is at the end of the road - however the nicest bit of the beach we found was along towards the cliff. We had a late flight and there is an area you can shower and freshen up - towels are provided for this too. Its close to the airport, planes go over lots of times a day so if you don't mind the noise this place is literally perfect. It is also next to a quad bike hire shop, handy for getting around the island and you are just a short walk away (under 2 mins) from where transfers pick you up for tours around the island.
