The perfect resort if you are looking to relax! The staff is so attentive and are happy to help with anything you need. My husband and I spent our honeymoon switching between the beach and pool and walking into town for some delicious food.

The cleaning service in the room was inconsistent. We had other room keys left in our room, an empty bottle that wasn’t ours and they often stacked cleaning products outside the door which ruined the aesthetics of the terrace area, especially on the day we checked out which resulted in us not being able to use the terrace and it was clear they wanted to us to leave. The hotel is geared towards the American tipping culture, with tips expected on all orders and even being given a tip slip at the pre-paid for breakfast. When we then checked out and paid for our tab - we were given the chance to tip the reception staff which was calculated on our total spend (which already included the tips). We did tip because the staff were very good but this is an expensive hotel where high quality service is expected - but it’s different to the UK culture and the rest of Greece (even Mykonos). For the price of the hotel the pre-paid for breakfast was not good enough. There was the option to pay for extras, but for example a fruit plate was c€14 which I would expect to be included.

The hotel is in a great location with a short walk to the Town and easy access to the beach. The staff were brilliant, going above and beyond to help which includes a service where you could contacting them through Watsapp where they replied quickly. We were not happy with the first room we were allocated and the staff were quick to move us when another room became available. The service around the beach and pool was also really great and lead to a very relaxing holiday. The facilities in the hotel are high quality and a fantastic design.

The superior double room was uncomfortably small. Throughout the day, the cleaning staff left bags of dirty laundry by the door, resulting in frequent disturbances as they entered and exited what seemed like a janitor’s room right next door. While it is understandable that they were simply doing their job, staying in that room was not a pleasant experience.

Beautiful architecture, superb location within walking distance to the charming town of Naousa, easy beach access, and, most importantly, exceptional staff who exceeded our expectations in accommodating our needs.

Best luxury hotel in Naousa. It’s an oasis of high end architecture, furnishings and decor. It’s quiet and peaceful and great for a romantic break. Its 38 boutique rooms are around a gorgeous pool and restaurant area. Staff were exceptional, nothing ever too much trouble and always anticipating your needs. Anna, the manager was an amazing host and everyone in her team are a credit to the resort.

Closets in the room are not enough there should be more drawers in the room. Wifi not working in most of the property. There should be female personnele in the SPA as well, in hotel this caliber a gym area should be nice.
