One of the things was that the bathroom door and frame in our room had to be repaired at some stage and it was very shoddily done. With everything so good, it was a shame to see it. No toiletries were in the bathroom other than liquid soap. Could have done with a shower cap.

The hotel was very convenient to the airport. Facilities were great, with the pool and a large lounging area being a real bonus with great music. Options to have snacks and drink with a pool bar area. The hotel was exceptionally clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. As we had to leave really early in the morning, the staff prepared a breakfast box for us which was verry thoughtful. The hotel also had an airport shuttle which was very helpful.

The hotel's restaurant serves good quality food, but the dinner service during our stay was highly chaotic. Very long waiting time, and then all dishes (starters, soups, mains) where left on the table at the same time. Asked for explanations, the waiter said it was because of the amount of work for that evening: there was a grand total of six occupied tables that night...

The structure is good, the rooms slightly dated but comfortable. The position is comfortable as an airport hotel, not for anything else. The pool (which is by far not as big as it appears in the skillfully taken photos) is a nice plus, but mind the strict opening and closing hours. Staff is very welcoming and willing to accommodate requests.

Comfortable and friendly hotel near to the airport. We just messaged the hotel when we got to the airport and the shuttle arrived 15 mins later. Our room was ready 1hr earlier than normal check-in. The pool was busy but there is plenty of seating and shaded areas, and a good bar serving light snacks. We also had a tasty dinner in the restaurant. As our flight left at 6am we booked the shuttle the night before, and also had a packed breakfast to take with us. We will definitely stay here again.

I was forced to book 2 rooms for a family of 4 with 2 small children. We ended up using 1 room to sleep all together as we usually do at other hotel and 1 room stayed empty the whole time. Additionally, one of the small fridges in the room was thawing and got all the floor wet. When I looked inside it had some vials from previous guests.

The hotel is close to the airport but far away from Thessaloniki. It has shuttle bus that works very well. The breakfast is good. The pool is well maintained. Very nice stay overall.

The pool was open to everyone and that included ppl from outside so it got crowded very fast. The wasp invasion by the pool was not so good either.

The hotel is in a quiet area, perfect for complete rest, but not so convenient if you want to be close to town (taxi needed, approx. 20 euros to the center, if you don't own a car). Also, unfortunately, right before departure we had an incident of water pouring out from the drainage of one of the restaurant bathrooms in the basement...This incident caused us some dalay and set our mood off...the staff was apologetic and took action immediately, but we had to change clothes...and wash our feet!

The breakfast was very good!! Service was fast, food was good quality and plenty, we didn't have to wait in a que. The room was comfortable, clean, the hotel was quiet and cosy. We also ordered meals in the restaurant soon after check out and the food was fantastic! (Slightly pricy but very filling). Two more notes: The hotel is in a quiet area, perfect for rest. The pool is nice, seems clean, quiet, good for a family with children.

Had an issue with the AC steering, but the receptionist found a solution. So just a minor point really.

This is a really good airport hotel. The shuttle service was convenient and very flexible - even late in the evening. Room spacious and clean. Really friendly staff. And an excellent breakfast the next morning! With the pool - which I haven't used - and other amenities also a longer stay here would have been nice.

Food at the restaurant was good. The hotel is dated but fairly well maintained. It is located 6 min away from the airport (driving). For one night, it accommodated my needs before flying back home.

Perfect landing spot after a long flight before continuing the journey. Shuttle was very fast and Dimitris, the driver, was very kind to the entire family! Basement room, unlike it's dodgy name, has a big window, facing a quiet side street. Our 4 year old stayed for free, no separate bed was provided. Bed was big enough though. Pool and overall service were very helpful every step of the way- thank you!

Excellent hotel near the airport. The shuttle driver and service was prompt professional and friendly. Lovely meal at the restaurant, special mention to the kind lady who served us :) . Spent the afternoon by the pool and had the most amazing fruit platter for 11 euros! Comfy beds, strong aircon everything was great and would stay again.

The only thing was we didn’t enjoy was lots of kids in the pool that are not guests . Made it not relaxing by the pool , you got in the pool you couldn’t swim as surrounded by kids couldn’t enjoy sunbathing and swimming . Maybe something to improve in the future.

It’s lovely there quite tranquil. Rooms were spacious and clean .
