They should really have a better shade area at the main pool. The small umbrellas aren't the best option.

The views are amazing, staff is incredibly nice. Rooms are clean and we loved our suite.

You could hear people next to you watching tv, can be a bit updated, reception area and breakfast area outdated. Coffee and drinks were not good at breakfast. Person at the reception during the night could not speak English. Wine and cocktails were way too expensive.

View was beautiful, my room with own swimming pool was great, breakfast was ok. Location is super. People at the reception were great, especially the manager and one of the reception ladies.

😅 Prepare to wake up at 8 am , you will hear all the chairs moving ,above suites there is breakfast buffet and restaurant(if you would like to sleep a little longer not possible). I would say the music from the bar is quite loud, not everybody wanna listen to it on vacation, amazing sounds of the nature are more than enough. For the Adults only hotel which normaly cost a bit more in general you dont expect to find yourself at breakfast with 2 small babies. I payed to stay in adults only!!! And it has to be sad its a lot of humidity in the suits, the shower was not clean properly.

The place is really nice, with great view, few coffe shops for breakfast and a small shop. 10 min by walk to the city . The suite was great , after we fix few things. Water in the suite pool had a nice outside temperature (depends of the weather). You will move better on the island with a car thats for sure.

Only thing was the cleaning missed for a day but was okay.

Location was perfect, 10 min from airport and you are in between the nice beaches from the north and the ones from south (max 30 min ride, totally worth it) breakfast was good also and the staff was super nice!

It’s slightly out of the way with very few options in terms of local shops etc. as it was off season the bar wasn’t attended and the pool appeared closed early on the day we arrived.

Views from the pool were amazing, the room was clean and well maintained.

Our first night room. We've arrived at 10:00 pm, the night shift receptionist gave us a small room with balcony facing the parking lot. The room had musty/mouldy smells coming from the washroom. We told the receptionist that he gave us the wrong accommodation. He said he couldn't transfer us to a better room because it was fully booked for the night 🙄 this is definitely not acceptable for what we have paid for in advance.

We booked a delux room with sea view for 5 nights. The view from our balcony was fantastic, after the upgrade. Breakfast was good. The bar tender is awesome, she was very attentive. The 2 women's receptionist were very helpful and very informative.

Whilst we had a very enjoyable stay there were minor irrations coming back to your breakfast table after going to get something from the buffet then finding your cutlery and plates have been cleared .I can only think the restuarant manager pacing up and down with his clipboard seeing this as efficient running .As a guest I see this unnecessary hovering as not very relaxing experience. Perhaps more attention should be given to the fruit juice dispenser & the coffee machine working correctly ! No available pool towels in the morning(until 2.30pm)

Great location overlooking the town & port. Bonus of having a free shuttle service to the airport and town. Welcoming and friendly reception staff. Breakfast buffet more than adequate with a good selection of hot and cold dishes.

There is some smell in the room, and there is no hot water for showering around 10 pm (only warm water that is not too hot).The hotel is somewhat remote, and the pick-up driver is more likely to miss passengers.

The girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic（Who wouldn't want to greet you with a vibrant person?）, and the room provided two bottles of Free Of Charge water. The breakfast was rich and delicious

The rooms themselves were old but clean. However, the bathroom was quite old, rusty and cracked. Shower time was not very enjoyable.There was also a bath, but I did not want to use it.

The views from the pool and café are spectacular. The city and the sea look very beautiful. There is also a shuttle bus to and from the hotel and town.The people at reception were very nice.

Unrelated to the stay.. The walk down to town is a little rough because there are some parts without side walk.

Overall the stay was really nice. The facilities are nice, clean, and well taken care of. The hotel offers limited transport to the town and to a beach nearby.

The rooms aren’t soundproof - and it can be quite noisy at night with people returning to their rooms. We weren’t able to get access to an iron and they did not have an ironing board. I would strongly recommend renting a car, the hotel is far away from everything, but definitely worth it for the beautiful view by the pool in my opinion, most people recommend renting a car anyway to explore the island!

Really well stocked breakfast with a variety of foods and fresh fruit, fresh fruit was also provided in our fridge in our room when we arrived! Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The pool was the highlight of our stay with beautiful views. There were always beds available no matter what time we went to the pool, even when they were fully booked. The bathrooms were of good standard, and looked freshly painted. Bed was comfy, particularly the pillows! Air con was perfect in the hot month of August. We were glad that we booked the room without the pool view, our balcony would get the sunset and would remain cool in the shade during the morning and afternoon. Plenty of parking if you’re renting a car!

Housekeeping of the room was terrible. We stayed for 6 nights . No replenishment of soap , body wash , shampoo . The bed was not even made on the last day. The housekeeping really let the property down.

The view from the room, pool area and breakfast area view was wonderful. The breakfast was sufficient . Not as good as other adults only properties we stayed at on the other islands.

Our rooms were far apart 1 faced the pool which was great the other on another floor facing the back of the property. Not very appealing. The rooms are a little rundown and not up to date. No shower curtain in the second room; many unuseable soap dipsensers left over from covid that were emply. Get rid of them

excellent view and so was the breakfast. Its was comfortable, a little run down.

Same breakfast every day. Bad smell in the bathroom sometimes. If you want to see Zante you need a car or taxi.

The hotel has such potential, it could be and hopefully will be amazing but currently falls short on the cleanliness of the pool and general maintenance, our bathroom needed a refurb etc. The evening dinner experience wasn't quite what we hoped and when it was over, there was nothing to do, no atmosphere. One member of staff was quite rude but the new management are nice and hopefully they will make the hotel better for guests in the future.

The view from our room and pool was excellent. This hotel could be amazing. Breakfast was nice.
