The sound isolation is zero, we can perfectly ear the neighbors speaking or even snoring…it’s not very comfortable with regards to privacy. Moreover you can’t throw toilet paper into wc, which is ok, but we had the toilet bin full for three days and we had to throw it away by ourselves. The external space is shared with the neighbors, basically is the same balcony.

Location near to beautiful beach and Toroni little town. Beautiful garden, parking available, sea view from some houses and external cozy spaces. Modern design and fornitures and comfortable bed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Atlantis. The host is helpful and friendly, the room had all the required facilities and the location is great (2 min walking distance from the beach). Loats of parking spaces are available and a nice garden with barbecue space (we haven't used it but great for larger groups or families).

We found Atlantis Studios by chance. We had a reservation at another place which was double booked. And this is the best "chance" we had. The place is great. The staff is so kind, so caring... I believe it's a family business and they make you feel like part of the family. There has been renovation this year and the apartments are brand new, with everything you need for your stay. The beach is just across the road. One of the best things is the location - you are not in Toroni. You are at a beach which is not so populated and there is plenty of space compared with most beaches around. Toroni /and all restaurants/ are just 3-4 minutes by car. What else .. Just book it :-).

The whole property was very beautiful. Silence, nature, very close to the beach. Very clean rooms, equipped with the necessary equipment, barbecue in the yard, very very pleasant and restful. Very close (150 m) to a beach with crystal clear water.

The bed for the kid was a little bit small. But she was 16 y.old, so, she is quite tall and it's all good...

The place was nice and the distance to the beach was literally 50 metres from the room.

There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, leg of the bed was broken, there was one tiny blanket for a double bed.

The rooms are converted from a single bedroom into two bedrooms where the main bed is in the ex-living room. So there is next to no privacy apart from a sliding door. The bathroom hygiene is very low, the toilet is dirty. The shower head hook was broken so you have to hold the head with one hand while washing with the other. Since there is no living room, the living room is on the terrace outside - great unless the neighbors are chain smokers so you can't stay outside or open your windows. Many the property items are close to the end of their shelf life and it tells, lots of stuff are breaking apart or not working.

The hotel is at a great location, 200m from the beach, close to the main Sithonia road but still far enough so the traffic noise is not a problem. Small neat hotel with enough parking, grass all around the property. The staff is very nice and welcoming.
