How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We had the double room with a view over the harbour the staff were very friendly and helpful including our Greek translation and their language meaning etc. the food was amazing and so were the drinks highly recommended and will return should we be staying in Agios Nik again

The shower room is not very convenient — after showering, the bathroom floor gets quite wet.
The room has an excellent location, with a view of the harbor and the sea, and it’s close to a parking lot.

Continental Breakfast was table service .a huge selection of breads and pastries per person, often left over half behind. It was too much food A menu with ability to select quantities but be less wasteful.
Great location, great value and lovely hosts. Food was wonderful

Room was very nice and looks newly refurbished except bathroom, (very tired taps definitely needs replacing) kitchen needed a few more pieces of cutlery hopefully that will be done to the standard of the rest of the room.

Very friendly family run hotel. Superb location, with great views from my balcony, overlooking the beach. Centre of town was a short walk away, there was also a more scenic coastal path to the lake, which did not take much longer than the more direct route. They also serve some good food.

The description was a bit misleading as we thought we had booked a room with a view over the marina. We ended up with a studio at the back with a partial view of the sea. But it was comfortable and very clean.
The location was good. The owners were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. We ate there twice in the evening and the food was good and value for money.

Bathroom was a bit small but that was not really a problem :)

The view of the marina, beach and mountains is amazing! The Manager is very friendly and helped with my bag. I recommend a stay here, its a comfortable bed in a quiet part of the town.

Sofia and Manos were very welcoming and exceptionally kind. My room had a lovely view and a wonderfull swimming beach was just across the road. The location was excellent with an easy walk to anything I could want or need. Sofia gave excellent advice on where to buy a coat. I only wish I had eaten dinner there as the restaurant is highly rated! Thanks for a great stay!

There was no privacy between the toilet and the bed, it was a glass door and walls and no way to close it off. Very uncomfortable

Both bedrooms lack external windows. The apartment features peculiar color-changing lights, with some of them unable to be turned off at night. Additionally, there are a few unusual stairs connecting different rooms within the apartment. Please note that the room is situated on the first floor, accessible via a staircase with 20 steps, as there is no elevator available.
The apartment boasts two bedrooms, a compact kitchen, a balcony with a delightful sea view, and a bathroom equipped with both a washing machine and a cozy small jacuzzi. In general, the location was exceptional, just a quick 2-minute stroll to Amos Beach. The breakfast provided was quite enjoyable, and the owner proved to be very helpful and courteous.
