The location is perfect—2 minutes from the beach and endless restaurants. The property is super comfortable, and the staff is the best. Recommended with eyes closed! I know that Santorini is known for the sunsets, but the sunrise on the beach is spectacular!

We had a great stay in Athiri. The location is perfect and the rooms are well equipped, clean, and with great AC. We enjoyed every minute.

This property was amazing and well kept. It was located within minutes of a variety of dining and the black sand beaches. Maria our hostess was top-notch providing us with contacts to ride services, reservations, and arranging for fun as we requested. We had a delicious and beautiful continental breakfast delivered to our veranda each morning. I would stay here 100 times over.

Going by bus to Fira is great, the bus stop is 3 min walk from the apartment, going back is a bit different story. The bus stops at different place 15 min walking distance from the apartment. But this is absolutely not a remark towards the guesthouse, rather towards somebody from the public communication, who had the ambition to make a bus schedule as understandable as ancient greek. To give you an example of level of service you get: Maria actually took a drive filming the way to the bus stop so we could find it!!!! Never experienced such a customer attention.

Exceptional hospitality by Maria and her personnel. Great location 50 m to the beach. Large, modern, comfortable apartment. Lots of restaurants near by. Great breakfest (kind of brunch actually). Large bathroom. Just a great place to spend time if you are a sea and beach person. But also good bus communication with the rest of island. You really do not need to rent a car if you want to combine your beach holliday with sightseeing.

Absolutely nothing

The property and staff were exceptional. The pics don’t really do it justice. Bed was extremely comfortable and all amenities were luxurious. Own private veranda with sun beds and hot tub. Also right on the beach. The breakfast was incredible. The staff were extremely attentive and couldn’t have done more. This properly hits all the marks for a fantastic relaxing stay. Attention to detail second to none. We will definitely return. Outstanding. I loathe to write such a resounding review in case I will not be able to get a place there when I return but it was one of the best holiday accommodation/location/team we have ever experienced. Nothing was too much. Perfect 🤩

Absolutely everything!!! This is a must stay!! Everyone couldn't be more helpful and so relaxed, the restaurant by the beach is also wonderful and the staff are so lovely The beach by here is also spectacular part of the beach and great for swimming . The facilities are also super!! And was always made beautiful and clean! 10/10 we had wonderful time staying here !!!!

It was very confortable, clean and beautiful. Is in the front line of the black beach which was the best. The hotel has a restaurant with amazing food. The restaurant has big chairs and umbrellas in the beach and incredible service. The personal was SO amazing!!! Special mention to Maria and Efi, top customer service!!! I will be coming back next year 😊

It was not.

The host was very helpful, friendly and patient, we communicated in writing. Everything in the apartment was fine and clean. The beach was very close, in a calm environment, breakfast is in the restaurant, you can choose something from the menu. Our outdoor jacuzzi pool was perfect. WiFi worked well. I highly recommend the place. It was my friend's birthday, he arranged everything (cake and candles), he was incredibly helpful, thank you very much once again. Five stars!!! *****

My partner and I spent 6 days here. Modern decor, equipped with everything you need, and our private outdoor Jacuzzi pool was the nice touch to make it perfect. Top area (by the sea), great to walk to the beach (in the evening we always moved by scooter, you reach any place in a short time). Maria is the host that everyone would like to have: very kind, super helpful, caring, always available, she’s fantastic! During our stay, unfortunately, I was sick for a few days and Maria did not let me lack anything, helping us and being present even in these unpleasant moments. I recommend this beautiful place to everyone and believe me, you couldn't find better than Athiri Luxury Suites and its amazing Maria!!!

It was a bit far from the airport.

Really friendly staff, immaculately clean, relaxing jacuzzi, close to the beach in not too crowded surrounding, breakfasts of your choice from the menu with absolutely delicious freshly-squeezed juice. I highly recommend the place.

I asked for a view of sea, balcony, and got a view of the back of a restaurant and patio. The main problem I have with booking.com is I cannot make ANY changes to my reservation or room directly with the hotel. I didn't get the value for my money. Not happy with the location or the value
