Desk staff's are so friendly and helpful ,overall whole staff's were brilliant from housekeeping to hotel manger they're were so welcoming ,will pleased with our stay and service 😀 breakfast staff are so good ,so close to every attraction ,few minutes walk to omonia square,15 minutes walk to monastiraki Square

The only negative is that outside the hotel, people use drugs, but they are harmless.and smell urin and safe in the night to walking 🚶‍♀️

The room was dirty, sheets had blood on it, toilet not flushed after someone did thier job, clearly not touched or cleaned after previous tenant left, location not safe for solo traveller at all, you will be mugged after sunlight, noise proof is not a thing you can hear everything from your bed although I used ear plugged, I left the room asap @7am. Becuase it was so dirty smelly amd uncomfortable. Only thing is the AC is good

Staff were very kind and helpful. The room was ok. It is central located at walking distance to Monastiraki, but the surroundings are not always the best ones in terms of neighborhood and people on the street.

Located close to the highlights of Athens.

Is located in one of the worst areas of Athens with literally hundreds of derelicts, drug addicts, prostitutes and so on at the step of the hotel. Feels incredibly unsafe and even staff advise against going out unless you go by car or taxi. Parking is across the street but 7€/24hrs, not granted for free.

Price was expensive compared to newer and nicer close by hotels. The shower was very small, with no curtain or place to hang up the shower head. The A/C was noisy and almost uncontrollable. Noisy neighbour’s

We like this hotel, because it is clean and there are very attentive, polite and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located in the center, close to the main attractions of the city. Thank you very much!

Staff was helpful, room was clean

The room was small. There was no wardrobe, and that made the room really small with luggages all around. There was noise on our floor during all night for all three nights we stayed there. Neighborhood does not feel safe with people using alcohol and possibly drugs on the streets.

The reception staff were very helpful to find places of interest and restaurants.
