Convenience and great staff

The location was superb, especially for the price!!! So central, you could walk to the main museums and the Acropolis in 15-20 minutes with all the restaurants and shops of the Plaka just 2 blocks away! All the staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly the two young women, working the reception and breakfast. Evi helped me book tickets for an English movie at the nearby outdoor cinema on their Greek website, and Aneta made dinner reservations for us and helped after my husband had a fall. Night manager greeted us with a warm welcome and offered good touring advice. The manager lady asked where we were going next on our trip and booked a reliable taxi for us days in advance. They were all just great! The breakfast buffet was good and included fresh, ripe figs and watermelon. The room was very clean with lots of hot, hot water in the shower. And there is a FAB restaurant right out the front door.! Folks lined up in the street every night, trying to get a table at the tiny 'White Horse' restaurant where Mama is literally in the back, cooking up the goodies!!!!

Nothing negative to note. The room, bath, and elevator are small, but not unusual in Greece. One suggestion: Wish they had offered breakfast or drinks on their rooftop --that would have been a bonus!

The location was perfect in the city . Walking distance from everything

The old lady at the counter didn’t allow my driver to come pick me up for my flight. She refused to come check that I had slept in and do a wake up and also stoped the driver from knocking on my door and sent him away . Which resulted in me missing my flight and costing me $800.

Location is great close to center very convenient.

Location

Very small room for a family of 4. The room was not so clean. There was a peanut underneath the desk. Reported it and still found it the next day after the bedroom was supposedly cleaned.

The hotel was great it was so clean. The location was great. We rented 2 hotel rooms one with a double bed and the other room had 3 beds. They were both comfy especially the one with 3 beds it was much bigger. The area was walking distance to the Acropolis, the Plaka area and Monasteraki area and lots of bakeries, restaurants and a lot of small shops. There is a parking lot right across the hotel we parked our car for the whole day and did not move it until we left for our next destination. The parking was 30 euros a day the people running it were super friendly. Its very hard to find parking around that area the streets are so tight. The girls at the front desk of the hotel were fantastic they were friendly and helpful. I would really recommend this hotel loved it.
