Nothing negative to note. The room, bath, and elevator are small, but not unusual in Greece. One suggestion: Wish they had offered breakfast or drinks on their rooftop --that would have been a bonus!

The location was superb, especially for the price!!! So central, you could walk to the main museums and the Acropolis in 15-20 minutes with all the restaurants and shops of the Plaka just 2 blocks away! All the staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly the two young women, working the reception and breakfast. Evi helped me book tickets for an English movie at the nearby outdoor cinema on their Greek website, and Aneta made dinner reservations for us and helped after my husband had a fall. Night manager greeted us with a warm welcome and offered good touring advice. The manager lady asked where we were going next on our trip and booked a reliable taxi for us days in advance. They were all just great! The breakfast buffet was good and included fresh, ripe figs and watermelon. The room was very clean with lots of hot, hot water in the shower. And there is a FAB restaurant right out the front door.! Folks lined up in the street every night, trying to get a table at the tiny 'White Horse' restaurant where Mama is literally in the back, cooking up the goodies!!!!

Very small room for a family of 4. The room was not so clean. There was a peanut underneath the desk. Reported it and still found it the next day after the bedroom was supposedly cleaned.

Unfortunately the wifi / internet connection was inconsistent. It worked at some point each day, but dropped out frequently. This may not be the property's fault, as sometimes it would not work when using mobile phone data.

The Rooftop Terrace, where you could bring your own food & drink and gaze at the Acropolis. The aircon was fantastic. Even though the lift was small, it was great to have in central Athens. The location was fantastic.

You can’t beat the location of this hotel. Easy walk to syntagma, monasteraki, plaka and exceptional views of the acropolis. Located in a lovely little quiet street

Bigger shower, but that's standard for Athens.

Central to Syntagma Square. Smallish room, comfortable enough. Tiny shower. Had a jug so you could make a cup of tea. Small fridge. They held our luggage until we needed to depart Athens. They have a roof top with a beautiful view of the acropolis lit up at night. Staff were very nice and friendly.

The rooms are extremely small. Two people with two big suitcases are a bit of a challenge.

The room was small. There was room for a queen size bed and that is it. The shower was also small. Not sure if a big person would fit

Excellent location in the Plaka- walk to everything. Super helpful and friendly staff, nothing was a problem. We were put on the top floor in a room that could access the rooftop area. Anyone can use it in the day then it is locked off at 10pm. It was secure, quiet and the most amazing views over the Acropolis - especially at night when lit up! We enjoyed sunset drinks with other travellers on the rooftop. Great food options across the road and around the corner for authentic Greek food.

The balcony was very tight and very close to another but it was a minor point.

Lights in hallways shut off making it hard to get around, door keys are hard to use and lack of sound proofing from noise outside and no spoons to stir coffee/tea in room.

The location, the staff were very nice and looked out for guests safety at all times. Great value for money.
