Attention to detail and location was absolutely amazing one of the best views Santorini!

There were many steps to get to your room, but that’s why we had such a great view so I can’t say that I didn’t like anything about the property.

From start to finish the service, thoughtfulness and care from all the staff was exceptional thank you

Air con in the bedroom was loud, when on silent mode. Was difficult to sleep.

It’s an amazing place! We booked for 2 nights and then extended to 5!

Steps were steep and some additional handrails would be great. Some areas of the common walkway (the one that all the resorts who are in that part of the mountain) were slippery but I don’t know if there’s anything that be done about that.

The peace and tranquility. The view of the caldera from our private balcony was exceptional. Staff were super friendly, communicated very well. Special mention for Nick at the pool, who made a mean cocktail and was great to chat with

Arrived with two people greeting us to take our luggage to our lodging. This is important since the suites were further down (vs right up on the road). At Astra Suites, we were greeted with great service and complimentary beverages. Our room was upgraded without us even asking (shoulder season). The room was absolutely fabulous in all areas: cleanliness, character, and chic. Whenever we needed something, they were quick to provide us with amazing food and service. They provide a menu each day and we get to order whatever we wanted; the menu of options was the most extensive in all of our travels. For example, one morning we had coffee, hand squeezed orange juice, a WARM chocolate croissant, bacon and sausage, with eggs Benedict and pancakes with pistachio cream. THE VIEW WAS LITERALLY THE FAMOUS SKAROS ROCK. That was right out our window. We could have eaten at expensive restaurants, but why, when we had the absolute best service and food on our balcony? SO, for two nights we ordered room service and watch the sunset with incredible food, service and atmosphere vs eating somewhere else. I can't say enough about this place. Don't think you can get a better location on the island. TIP: Do NOT stay in Fira or the other side of the island! Imperovigli has so much charm and is not crowded compared to Fira and Oia. I am SO THRILLED we picked Astra Suites. It was very memorable.

Hot water in shower only lasted 2-3 minutes

Our experience at Astra Suites was world-class. I don't know how we'll be able to stay at other hotels have our incredible experience. The service, the location and view, the amenities, the suite room were way beyond our wildest dreams. We would not hesitate to visit again.

Breakfast was excellent and sumptuous.

The location is fabulous. The overall place, cleanliness, service is excellent. Breakfast was amazing and helped to start the day on a positive note.
