The quality of the food was not the same as last year. The rooms need renovation especially the hot water and pressure of the water in the upper appartments. One of our family members booked another room with the 270 euro per night and he was put in a storage room to sleep with no refund after he requested to change room of refund him. The owner of the hotel found out about this and he did nothing about it. Absolutely outrageous. Nobody is coming back to this hotel again and believe me we will make sure our friends and people we know will do the same.

Lack of stores, restaurants, tavernas or minimarkets nearby. We had to drive 5-10 minutes tot be able to buy anything. We had poor breakfast and dinner options. Some of the photos posted are misleading. Not all the rooms are fully renovated. Our family room was ok, but the bathroom needs some renovations. We waited an hour to check in because our room was not ready, although the check in is at 15:00.

You need to restaure bungalows, the bathroom very small not comfortable..WIFI was poor quality....While you are near sea ,why isn't every day sea food ?!

It was windy all days from 19 to 26 August, I don't know is that something usual or not? Not a big problem but pease, add glasses to rooms and water for dinner.

Average hotel, but very friendly, no pressure. Beautiful beach and sea with free of use sunbeds and big umbrellas just few steps from the room. 11km from location is the Trani Amouda beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Sithonia, but pretty similar to the hotels beach, so you can choose to park your car and stay all time at resorts beach and comfort. Dinner is good, every time you will find something for you, breakfast is prity similar but correct.

The beach itself was not very clean, with residue waste left. There was a tennis court that with a little effort could be fixed to be a good activity. There was garbage in the water when there were waves, but that is outside of the hotel's responsibilities.

The location was great, the beach is big and sandy, the room was cleaned every day, the food was good enough. The beach was not crowded.

The room does not have comfortable beds, it is a little old and hard T he food is ok ,not perfect, but fair enough. It has a free parking ! It is 15 minutes driving away from the village. It is not for walk and shopping and enjoying , I think it is more for relaxing!

The location is incredible!!! Near the sea and the pool is great! The sunrise viewfrom the hotel is also amazing.. the view from the restaurant also is incredible

The biggest negative was that the internet was very poor, sometimes there was not at all wifi. Another suggestion ...there was not available drink for the dinner, not even water.

It is not 5 star feeling, but good value for money 3-4 stars. Food and facilities are good but not perfect condition.

Perfect location, free parking, on a nice beach, beautiful pool-area and breakfast restaurant, good with buffet for all to choose their favorites. Great with free sunbeds. Really nice beach!! And kind personel.

Our room that we booked was not available the day we arrived, and they placed us in a 2 person room and added a cot for my 15 year old son. This was not appropriate at all as we couldn't access anything- the cot was blocking the only walk path around the bed to the bathroom and exit. The first night and day was ruined with hopping over each other in bed and constantly having to go and check if our book room was available the next morning. We were initially told that the room we booked would be available at 7:00 a.m. the next day then they told us to come back at 9:00 a.m. then they told us to come back at 11:00 a.m. then they told us to come back at 1:00 p.m. and then we were finally giving her a room at 3:00 p.m. this ruined our whole morning at the beach as we were constantly having to go back the check if our room was ready so that we can move our things. We had booked a pretty short stay of only 4 days so losing one day was a big deal for us. The Hotel images on booking are not representative of the state the hotel is currently in.

The staff was super kind and friendly. The beach was amazing, all the beach chairs were part of the stay. Food was good and plenty. The area doesn't have much if you are looking for excitement, this is more of a relaxation and peace kind of resort. If you are looking for entertainment and shops they are a 5 minute drive away. If you are traveling with kids there are lots of little slides and swings for the kids to play on. Love that it had parking on site.

Everything is getting old and is not well maintained. The rooms are small but ok. The bathroom is tiny the shower is even tinier and has a too short curtain, so after taking a shower everything is under water. Poolbar offered overpriced drinks and food.

Main issue - dirty water in the toilet and very bad smell. Very and I mean very old furniture. For the price we are paying for only 7 day the room can be renovated and look much much better. I hope management will finally do the right step. The food was always enough and overall ok
