The Aspra Chomata villas truly delighted us with their authentic Greek charm combined with an original design. Spread over two levels, each villa opens onto a spacious terrace offering stunning views of the sea, the village, or the olive garden. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom fits perfectly into the overall design of the house. The bedroom is spacious and filled with natural light, featuring large windows, mosquito nets, and shutters that provide privacy. Parking is available in the beautifully landscaped courtyard. The area is extremely peaceful and relaxing, and within just a few minutes by car, you can reach the center of Karystos. Excellent value for money. We appreciated the variety and richness of the information, professionally presented by Vangelis. We also thank him for the kindness and warmth with which he welcomed us. We look forward to returning.

The fact that the bathroom was on the lower floor from the bedroom. However, it didn’t ruin our stay.

The location is beautiful. The hosts are so helpful, they would go out of their way to help us with anything we need. They also gave us some incredible olive oil from his trees, and some particular fruits. We had a small problem with our rented car and Vanjelis managed to fix it for us. The view from the balcony above is incredible. We thought we would feel cold since the heating system is only through the AC units, but we were fine. We also went for some incredible walks towards the red castle, in the vicinity. We really enjoyed our stay at these villas. We would recommend it anytime.

Fantastic villa, beautiful views, lovely hosts. We had the perfect stay here. Unfortunately it was only for two nights. Wish we had stayed longer. Brigitte and Vangelis were generous, friendly and wonderful hosts. Could not ask for better.

The fact that we did not reserve the place for a longer stay!

Arguably THE BEST accommodation we reserved via Booking.com!!! Anywhere... Ever! If we could give rating 15 than it would be 15!!! Awesome by all standards. Beautiful houses in quite part of the Karystos in the equally beautiful garden full of olive trees and other Mediterranean plants and trees. Stunning terraces in ground floor and on the first floor with fantastic sea view. Fully equipped with everything you needed even for a longer stay. Vangelis, our host is really true standard of genuine Greek hospitality! Friendly, full of useful information about the city and its surroundings as well as variety of other topics. But what we like the most is the whole design of the houses, serenity and tranquility of the place itself, lovely details and overall architecture. Truly recommended - and I am really sure we will be back in some near future!

The fact that the bedroom is located upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. Intimacy in the rooms can be obtained if you spend the day with the most shutters on the windows closed. This for downstairs. Upstairs only during the evening, when the lights are turned on. On the balcony no problems.

A very good stay at these villas. Sufficient space, the view from the balcony towards Karysto and the sea is very beautiful and unobstructed. The kitchen is very well equipped. Very clean. Very kind host. If you have a car, in a maximum of 10 minutes you can reach some very good beaches not crowded.

This is a beautiful villa, the nicest place we found in Karystos and perfect location about a 15 minute walk from town with great views. It’s light and airy and was very pleasant to retreat from the heat of the day. It’s very well equipped and very comfortable. Vangelis was very kind and helpful and he and his wife Brigitte made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely recommend this lovely Villa. A big 10/10 Many thanks indeed!
