Perfect location! The property is located right behind the Lixouri town, just a short walk away from everything. It’s nice and peaceful, and the view is incredible. The day and evening views of Kefalonia and the sunsets are unparalleled. The pool is clean and an ideal temperature. The complimentary breakfast is customised to your liking, and is made fresh by the lovely staff ladies every morning. The internet is very good, especially for Greece. There are no dead zones, and the wifi connection was stable enough for me to work and attend meetings. Aspasia and Kefalonia in general have been one of the most relaxing and beautiful places I’ve visited by far. If you want a nice dining experience I recommend Avli restaurant. My favourite beach to swim/snorkel on the island was Lagadakia (water is a bit cold, but very clear and very refreshing on a hot day). Myrtos has some of the most beautiful blue water but has waves that become surprisingly strong and large (recommend if you are a strong swimmer). 10/10 all round!

We had a fantastic stay at Aspasia Studios, and the host was so lovely and kind, even giving us fruit from her garden. The property is in a nice quiet location with a small supermarket 3 walk minutes away, and is easily walkable into Lixouri. The room had everything we needed and the pool area was great with plenty of sun beds although we had it to ourselves most of the time. We’ll definitely be back!!

The bathroom. Almost at all times it had some kind of bad smell coming from the drain in the floor. But the thing that gave me an ick was the shower. The rails area from the inside and the outside was super dirty. It looked like someone only cleaned the walls and doors but never cleaned the rails of the doors.

Really nice, calm place to rest and relax at the outskirts of Lixouri, but also 15min walk from bars and restaurants, 3min from supermarket and gas station. The bed was really comfortable, the AC worked well. Our favorite spot was the pool with sunbeds. The room was generally clean (except bathroom). The kitchenette was pretty much well equipped, it only lacked a chopping board. The host is a super nice lady, we really liked her!

The location was quiet and peaceful. Aspasïa the owner was very friendly and made us fantastic frappés in the morning and gave us a melon and grapes from her garden. The room was clean and spacious with a balcony and good air con. It was a 20 minute walk to the nearest beach - Fika beach. This was a small sandy beach with loungers and umbrellas for €6. The water didn’t get deep too quickly so it would be great for children.

Lovely host, great property, mostly peaceful and easy to find location with the nice view of Lixouri, not far from the square on foot. Twin room is as shown in pictures and it had everything that host described, daily room cleaning service at 9 A.M, comfortable beds and clean room.

Welcoming host. Room was spotless and cleaned daily during our stay. Comfortable memory foam beds and linen and towels changed regularly. Room well equipped, kettle, filter coffee machine and hair dryer. Free WiFi. Swimming pool and sun loungers a bonus. Property is quiet and well located. 10 minute walk from main square in Lixouri, plenty of parking if you have a car. Beautiful views.

This is such a lovely and peaceful place to relax and enjoy yourself. The owner is equally lovely and friendly. It's in a good location and is near to Lixouri town.

Nothing, you would find it hard to find anything to complain about

Property was around a 15-20 min walk from the town and ferry port. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean, the host Aspasia was very friendly and welcoming, the pool and views from the apartment were lovely and the aircon worked well. There were enough utensils to cook a meal if you did not want to go out, we would definitely return again if we were in the area

The pool was amazing. The rooms were clean and nice. It is a quiet place, 10-15 minutes away from the city center. Very quiet and with a breathtaking view.

Was a shame that it seems like it's in the middle of a trading estate which is not mentioned online when booking, glad to be on top floor with further out views. Would of been a long walk to the centre luckily we had a car. No welcome pack provided no coffee or tea 😔

The beds were a little hard and the shower was not attached very securely.

The location was about 10 minutes walk from the town and was in a quiet location. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious with a nice balcony. The pool was a good size and everything was spotless.

Aspasia's warm greeting, and the friendliness of everyone we met in shops, bars and restaurants. All the balconies have fantastic views with the sea in the distance, and the pool is sparkling, with really comfortable loungers and umbrellas. There is daily housekeeping so the studios are immaculately clean and well maintained. Great proximity to the town, and nearby mini market. The area is relatively flat, so no steep hills to climb! Huge choice of restaurants in Lixouri, and the possibility of taking the ferry to Argostoli for a visit and a turtle watch, for just 6 euros return. Also boat hire and day trips from the harbour. We had the most relaxing time, and hope to return.
