It was fantastic! They made us feel very welcome and you can tell the amount of care and consideration they’ve put into hosting guests to ensure that they have a memorable holiday. Close to the bus station, excellent caldera views, generous and thoughtful amenities. Would stay with them again! The complimentary food was a lifesaver after arriving exhausted from 3 flights. I’m so glad I booked this place from the list of places I was looking at They also add you on WhatsApp so you can ask them questions if you run into any trouble. Felt homey with the care of a hotel - perfect!

The wifi was a bit patchy but works if you’re patient. Didn’t have a chance to use the shared jacuzzi cause it was a little murky when we first checked in. But they were cleaning it the day we were checking out. The host checks in with you to see if they can improve your stay, I didn’t mention the jacuzzi cause we had our own on the balcony so didn’t really matter. Cleaners are diligent and property is cleaned well. Really small things compared to how great they are

Everything was amazing. From basics like coffee pods, bread, turkey slices to a complimentary bottle of wine! Nikoleta and her family were amazing and super helpful for everything we needed. Best hotel we’ve stayed at in Greece! Set the standard for us at the start of our trip and we were constantly a little disappointed after 😂 No complains. Everything This particularly well located hotel at the entrance of Oia, is full of charm, room decoration and view on Oia. Comfort rating nothing is missing in the equipment from the ironing set to the coffee machine, through the filled refrigerator and the bottle of local wine. Clean rating is irreproachable. The establishment is efficiently managed by Nikoleta with great kindness and availability. and a staff in his image.

Perfect accomodation on fantastic location with friendly staff. Parking, busstop and supermarket were nearby which was very handy. It was walking distance from old Oia town and you can actually see sunsets from the terras of the room itself

It did meet our expectation

View, view, view - great location away from the crowd. Nice and helpful staff. The terrace with jacuzzi overlooking the sea.

Nothing - all great. Just be aware that rooms in Oia are typically smaller than other Fira because of the building over the cliff.

-great location near the central area and restaurants and bus stops -most helpful host!! -provided snacks, wine and water in our fridge!! -super safe area and so much to do!

-Smaller size -slightly un even mattress -spotty wifi

Everything. If you want a dreamy vacation, don’t hesitate to book this hotel! Best location, best views and the hosts are so nice ! And the jacuzzi with the view is just WOW. It’s a 10min walk to OIA centre, absolutely recommend it.

We rented two units (two couples). Much like a hotel room with kitchenette. There is a modest pool and our room had a hot tub. We didn't use either due to weather, but might be a bonus for some. Easy walk into the heart of town but nice to be a bit beyond the crowds and congestion, especially when the buses from the cruise ships arrive. Our initial departing ferry was cancelled due to wind. We were able to book a different ferry, but until we knew that, the host was willing to accommodate us, even at a reduced rate. Highly appreciative of this kindness. I recommend for couples. It could possibly be challenging with kids.

There is modest sitting room inside the unit we had, but there are patio chairs and tables outside.

Nikoleta’s attention proor, during and after my stay. Super kind and warm and easy going with straight forward communication. Every detail was thought of and ready to just have a great worry free time. The location is great with the bus stopping just outside to go to fira and it is just 10min walk through a beautiful path to the tip of the island in Oia

Absolutely most astonishing view of Oia from our private terrace. Worth every single euro we have paid for our stay. The common terrace has a straight Caldera view, great place to sit in the evenings. The room itself is cosy, greek style.. The reaction time to our wishes should be set as the new definition of millisecond. Exceptional hospitality even by Greek standards. Great location 5 min walk to Oia center. Some good restaurants around. Bus stop 5 (five) meters from the guesthouse. Hard to imagine better location.

Am amazing place to stay in Santorini! Great room with amazing customer service. Definitely a family run, friendly team. We arrived to a fridge full of complimentary food and beverages. The villas back onto the walk from Oia to Fira, are close to the public bus, coffee shops and restaurants as well as being within walking distance to Oia.

Good location, just before the really busy area of Oia, which can be reached by a short walk. Amazing views, private hot tub, hotel terrace with view of caldera and surrounding islands.

The bathroom/shower in our studio was very small.

Lovely staff, comfortable accommodation, great customer service, gorgeous views and total value for money.

The hot tub controls were a little confusing, but everything else was superb.
