We were doing a one night stop in Rhodes old town (we had been there a couple of time last year but not overnight). This location was near perfect. Exactly what we needed.

We were only there one night as were were getting the morning ferry to Symi, but from what I did see see this hotel is excellent with a friendly late evening receptionist and a great room on the ground floor with superb air conditioning and modern facilities

Very convenient for the Old Town sights, ferry and bus. Modern, clean rooms with kettle and coffee machine. Also, very quiet with not many other guest rooms. Good restaurants close by, good wifi.

There wasn’t really anywhere to place your bags in the room so ours were just taking up space on the floor.

The location was INCREDIBLE. Right on one of the main squares in Old Town. The staff was so incredibly kind as well. We were only there for two days but it was the same woman at the front desk who always said good morning and good evening :) They were also very accommodating with getting in and out of old town. We had a golf-cart like car take us from the entrance to the front door of the hotel so that we didn’t have to lug our bags through the cobblestone streets!

The hot water wasn’t working. A temporary glitch I’m sure but my cold shower was not how I wanted to start the day!

The kindest and helpful people. The interior is nice and quite spacious, modern with original medieval architecture. There is a small coffee machine in each room.

The price is very high considering that breakfast is not included. If we consider apart from the price range it was the perfect experience.

There was a lady in front desk, Angelica, she was very kind and friendly. Made us feel very welcome and comfy. The location is the best in Rhodes, we walked everywhere in the center.

Excellent accommodation very close to everything amongst all the action very friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and also make sure that we got to our next destination okay. Couldn’t fault them would definitely come again

Some teething issues. shower cubicle needs a shelf to store shampoo and shower gel etc as we had to keep everything on the floor. more hooks to hang clothes and towels etc for drying in the bathroom and room are required. No iron. Room needed cleaning as it still had construction dust all over the floor. The reception is manned only during the day. No credit card machine to make payments requiring bank transfer or cc details written on a form. This is not a fault of the property but the biggest negative would be if you rent a car, the parking is outside the old town, we had a 10-12 min walk every time we needed to use the car and is not ideal if you have luggage or shopping. There is a buggy service which operates at certain times within the fort, however it was inconsistent and the wait times were long.

Great location within the old town. Our room was located on the first floor and was a decent size with espresso machine kettle and mini fridge. Comfortable queen size bed. Bathroom was a good size with shower cubicle. Good branded toiletries and amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful and the service was excellent. It’s ideally located into the old town, which made for great evening strolls.

No taxi 🚕 no help with begs , huge problem to get tobthe place . We where with baby and 8 lagag sooo ot was hard
