Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

GermanyAlthough breakfast has a lot of verity, it could have a bit better quality - many things were very dry. Lack of Smart TV in the room.
Great and friendly staff. Very clean room and pool. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Close to the bis station.

Loved the hotel, room was immaculate, pool and facilities were magnificent. The best service we have ever received from a hotel, the staff were so helpful and kind - my girlfriend got sick before we even had arrived and the staff went out their way to make sure she was cared for. The location was great, quiet, we had a hire car but short work to the bus stop for Corfu town. I hope to stay here again in the future - cannot recommend enough.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel – the kind of experience that truly makes you feel like you’re on vacation. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas, and the staff was exceptional: always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth and professionalism really stood out and made us feel at home. Every time we returned to our room after a day out, it felt like coming home – cozy, welcoming, and perfectly maintained. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with plenty of fresh options to start the day right. The pool was stunning, a perfect spot to relax and unwind, and the parking facilities were excellent, making everything convenient and stress-free. This hotel exceeded all our expectations, and we will definitely be coming back! It will be our top recommendation for anyone asking us about Corfu – a truly exceptional place that made our holiday unforgettable.

United KingdomThe staff were amazing. They went over and beyond for us. The hotel itself is fabulous. We were upgraded to a bungalow as it was our honeymoon, we really appreciated this. There were always lots of beds around the pool - nice chilled vibe! We took the bus into Corfu a few nights - a 20 min journey. We also went to the little town beside the hotel, it’s about a 5/10 min walk. Overall, a very relaxing time.

RomaniaLocation – not ideal for walking or jogging, as the short walk to the beach or town felt unsafe due to the lack of sidewalks and some not-so-skilled drivers. Massage – decent overall, though payment was cash-only, in line with local custom.
Helpful and welcoming staff across reception, the restaurant, and the pool area. The breakfast was very good, offering plenty of variety. Our room was nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed. The pool area was a highlight - lots of sunbeds, a jacuzzi, and beautiful landscaping with palm and olive trees. And the sunset at Guvia Beach was truly memorable.

United KingdomI can’t fault it. People complain about the location but you won’t find a hotel like this in the middle of the town. It was very peaceful and great not to be in the chaos of Corfu town
This is a lovely hotel. I’d particularly recommend it to those looking for a little luxury and a great pool area but close enough to Corfu town to see the sights. We had a junior suite which was spacious, comfortable and had a large balcony that caught the sun in the morning. The staff were always friendly and helpful and we found it easy to book taxis into town when we needed them. We especially enjoyed the food. There was a thunderstorm on the night we had planned to go out for dinner so we decided to stay at the hotel for dinner and it was superb. We’ve found the food in hotels to be a little disappointing but debono exceeded our expectations.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel just looked stunning, then in entering there is this incredible smell around the lobby that is so beautiful. Then we were confronted with the lady on reception who was not only so lovely, even took the time to come and have a lovely fresh glass of lemonade with us. She was so helpful, polite and just incredible. We the. Visited the pool which was beautiful. The hotel room with private pool was just stunning. This is by far one of the greatest and most exceptional hotels we have visited for a very long time!!. Would 100% go back and will be visiting agai. For sure.

United KingdomIt would have been nice to have some more local dishes. Grilled fish maybe I guess the fish is very expensive these days. The omelets were a little plain so would have been good to have some feta, tomato and onion in them.
The food was of a really good standard and well presented with labels. There was a good choice at breakfast also. I myself would have like a few more Greek dishes but I know most travelers don't prefer it this way. The eggs were fried freshly in front of you.

United KingdomThe only thing I would say is water points, we don’t feel for the price we paid we should be charged for water to fill up flasks. Several other stays there have been refill stations just a small point that would make it so easy and accessible. A small price to pay!
Great location just out of Gouvia, short walk into the centre so was fantastic. The pool was amazing, great size and loved the cabanas too! Pool bar/cafe was great for lunch’s too. Breakfast was also amazing and sooo much choice.

United KingdomA bit walk to the beach which is quite hard to do during hot weather. Would be nice to have fresh water bottles every day.
Great hotel, very friendly staff, room cleaning every day, spacious room with comfortable bed, nice breakfast and dinner (the food is delicious and great variety). The swimming pool is amazing, having plenty of spaces. Hotel helped us with transfer at the end and it was cheaper than regular taxi. The location of hotel is nice and quiet. On Wednesday evening there was live music near the pool.

PortugalIf I would mention something is just because I know some people can be really mean when rating a place, so as I recommendation I would add a full size mirror in the room and take care of the gym area.
I don’t understand people who complain about the location. When booking a place to stay, you should check its location yourself. There is literally a bus stop just a 4-minute walk from the hotel, with bus number 7 taking you to Corfu Town in about 17 minutes. If I’m not mistaken, this bus runs every 20 minutes. From Corfu Town, you can easily reach almost anywhere on the island by bus. The hotel’s breakfast is excellent. Honestly, sometimes even 5-star hotels don’t offer such variety. The pool area is very nice and well maintained. Our room smelled amazing after cleaning and was spacious. The staff were always polite and friendly. The hotel also offers various activity areas, including a dedicated board game room where you can enjoy time with friends and family.

HungaryThe room was like in the photos, the staff is super helpful. The breakfast and the dinner was delicious, with a big variety. You can also use the pools after check-out and there is a shower room where you can take a shower. The beach is just a few minutes walking distance, there is also a bus stop near the hotel, and you can easily get to the center with the bus. They even gave me a little surprise for my birthday :)

United Kingdom• The hotel is a bit far from Corfu Town center, so having a car or scooter is helpful. • The phone didn’t fully work, so I had to call reception directly all the time. • Wi-Fi was occasionally inconsistent and even cut out completely for a few hours. • Room service options were very limited, especially for vegetarian choices. • When I requested a bottle of water, I was initially asked to collect it from reception, but after I declined, staff brought it to my room.
• Spacious and Clean Rooms: Rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and immaculately clean, featuring comfortable bedding and high-end toiletries. • Amazing and Exceptional Staff: The staff are praised for their professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness, often going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. It was our anniversary, and they were very accommodating, which made the experience extra special. • Delicious Dining Options: The hotel’s buffet restaurant serves Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, with guests enjoying the quality and variety offered at both breakfast and dinner. • Beautiful Pool Area: The outdoor pool, surrounded by lush gardens and palm trees, provides a serene and relaxing environment, complete with a pool bar for refreshments. • Facilities: The hotel offers great facilities, including a gym, pool, and table tennis, providing plenty of options for recreation and relaxation. • Convenient Location: Located in a quiet part of Gouvia, the hotel is within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. Corfu Town is easily accessible, and free parking is available for guests.

Greece1. Thicker (or second set of) blinds would be useful to block the morning sunlight that hits the large glass doors of the bungalow from 07:00. 2. Wi-Fi in the room was unstable (connection disappearing often). 3. Water temperature in the shower was unstable - one needs to be extra careful as the water can suddenly get very hot.
Very nice location on a hill overlooking the Gouvia marina. Short drive to Corfu town. Nice view from the balcony of bungalow 325. Very quiet, spacious and clean bungalow. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff.

IrelandBreakfast could be updated , tennis court needs a bit of TLC (not the best area for running).
Staff were very friendly. We stayed in a Bungalow which was perfect , the pool was great and never an issue getting a bed, we booked boat trips directly with the hotel , the village close to the hotel is basic but good for dinners - the walk is a bit dangerous leaving the hotel but there is a path that starts further down. The bus stop that brings you to Corfu is about 5 min from hotel.
