The rooms are cave shaped and very well temperature controled. There is also a hot tub and good size bathroom. The view is excellent. The location is walking distance from the main market.

Fanis was amazing as well as the rest of the staff at Aroma! The view was spectacular and the breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very close to everything we needed. We look forward to staying again.

This property was amazing! The staff was exceptional. The manager helped take care of our every need. Very convenient within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the cable car to reach the boats for excursions. The breakfast was very good every morning. The views were spectacular. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to going back and spending more time there.

The only downside was breakfast—it finished too early and it would be great if they could offer room delivery in case guests wake up late.

The cave room was clean and cozy with stunning caldera views. Staff were super friendly and helpful (Many thanks to Fanis), and the location in Fira was perfect close to everything but still quiet. A perfect start to our honeymoon!

Nothing - it was amazing in every way

The location is incredible - close enough to be near all the shops/bars/restaurants in a 5 min walk but far enough away to be incredibly peaceful and calm. Just perfect. Cliff top unobstructed views of the Caldera - breakfast on the balcony looking at the blues and whites of Fira and then sunset with all the beauty it holds. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team at Aroma Suites also - so kind and hospitable - thank you for a dreamlike stay 🙏🏼

The view from the property was fantastic. View of the caldera, the volcano island opposite and the sunset superb. The host treated as very nicely and took extra effort to give us advice as to where to go, what to see and what to eat.

The rooms were not as displayed in the pictures on booking.com and I was expecting something else. The room was very small and dark and the bathroom not the best as I prefer a more modern look but was stocked up and did the job. The host explained that all rooms with the sea view were similar in size and decor in the area. The bathroom door didn’t close so was unable to lock it when in use.

The view from the balcony was amazing. Waking up to the beautiful view and watching the sun set was a treat. Close to the centre and the bus station was very helpful and was quiet enough to sleep peacefully. The suites were clean and the host Fanis was very friendly and hospitable.

There are step stairs to & from the place. Very manageable but older couples or people with walking issues must be careful. Again, the staff carried our suitcases & last at our at our drop-off and pick-up location.

It WAS SO PERFECT! It’s walking distance to the sights. Restaurants ‘ Shopping. The room was Specious & clean. The staff was wonderful. Friendly & very knowledgeable. Best of all wax that our room had a semi-private Balcony overlooking the bay with a Fantastic sunset View. There was also a separate, exclusive guest only (room key accessible), ROOF-TOP. shaded, dining, sitting, byob cocktail, spectacular viewing area. The staff also had terrific recommendations & arranged for our sailing tour sound the island. The staff met us at our cab stop & CARRIED OUR LUGGAGE to & From the room. No issues at all with the steps concerning luggage.

Greece overall isn't great at cleaning dust - the seats with the cushions that dont have replaceable cloth were dusty and I am sensitive to old dust and had some reaction to that. This was only the cushioned seats - bed and other linen was super clean. The room didn't have closeable door to the bedroom or even to the bath area with the jetted tub - so was a bit difficult to manage with a teenage son and we had specifically booked for a couple and a 17 year old child.

Location was amazing - close to fira center and very close to shops, buses, and restaurants. Public buses also go via fira bus stop which was very close. The room itself was so cute within the caves kind of feeling, had a jetted tub and really comfortable bed and sofas. Lots of space. The owner was very considerate and respectful and helpful. Breakfast was included and quite a decent option. The view from the balcony area (not in the room but just outside) was absolutely amazing, and we got a view of the sunset everyday. We also had another balcony space to sit with more folks and had even more height and a great place to spend time with friends and enjoy a great view and a great weather.

I stayed at Aroma suites for 4 days with my sister. It was absolutely amazing! Very safe, clean, great food, magical views and the most amazing staff. Fannis took great care of us and all the guests, he was extremely helpful and welcoming. All staff members helped with anything we needed and made our stay extremely smooth. It was so comfortable to walk home at any point from the centre of fira and welcomed at the hotel. Every morning, the breakfast options were very varied with fresh toasts, cakes, juice, coffee, eggs, bread, fruits, yoghurt or salad. Very filling, healthy and yum! Fannis was also very helpful and recommended amazing places to us to visit during our stay. Great value for money and wish we could stay there for a lot longer. Would definitely come back! Highly recommend staying here for great location, views and the perfect experience.

It is right on the edge of Fira town, convenient to food, shopping, bus station, everything. The view was incredible, having breakfast every morning on the balcony and watching the sunset over the caldera was unbelievable! The family room we stayed in was huge, we had the indoor jacuzzi which was fun for the kids. The staff was super nice and helpful. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

It’s a joke with luggage, but then, most everything in Santorini is!

We stayed in the loft apartment and two adult sons had the loft twin bedded upstairs. The view was incredible. Breakfast was as delivered to our suite. The host was exceptionally nice and helpful.

The host arranged the airport transfer for us and he and his staff meet us to collect our luggage where we were dropped off. We were promptly checked in, given some advice for restaurants, and shown to our suite. Host arranged for restaurant reservations. Homemade breakfast/service was excellent. Great location in Fira!! Jetted tub was nice to relax in after a long day of touring around.
