Loved the location at the parameter of the city, away from the main tourist section but still right on the cliff. Beautiful view of the sea and sunset from our roof top patio at the top of the village.

The breakfast

We were dropped off a couple of blocks from the suite and were told we couldn’t see the suite until check in time. They took our bags and dropped us off away from the suite and told us we have to find a place to stay in until then. It was pouring outside. Also, the actual view is not what is advertised in the pictures. The city view room is right in front of a restaurant so we couldn’t enjoy our hot tub as it is not private at all. Barely have a city view as well. Explained this to staff to which we were told “this is what you chose.”

The location was perfect - steps to everything. Room was cleaned daily and hot breakfast was delivered to our door each morning. The perfect place to stay in Oia!

Hot tub could have been warmer.

Options in breakfast limited. Jacuzzi was not clean and inspite of asking to clean it, it couldn’t be done.

George was great with helping us carry our luggage to the room which is many steps from taxi to hotel and. He made sure to communicate with our taxi on our behalf to be sure the driver knew where we were when took us to the taxi. He was very kind and we appreciate him very much. Giotia is very responsive to our requests and questions via WhatsApp. The room is very clean. The deck was beautiful with a sunset view.

The jacuzzi is not hot, only lukewarm, we could not use it. Didn't know the balcony and Jacuzzi were on a different floor and we had to walk outside to get to it on the upper level. No bathrobe to wear to the jacuzzi, given it was outside of our room and on a different floor. The toilet seat was not staying in place, very annoying.

Great breakfast, nice location

Great stay in Santorini! Beautiful views of the sea from both sides. Staff was wonderful and very responsive. The location was perfect to explore, and having a delicious breakfast delivered was the perfect way to start each day. Bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. We loved the views from the room.

Not clean enough, seemed it was not cleaned after the previous guests, breakfast was not what we expected

We enjoyed our stay, the room is spacious, location is the best, the staff was really helpful.

Services were good, they helped carry our luggage. Location was quite convenient, but our balcony is literally on the main street, so not very quiet and private. Room was quite modern and pretty. Breakfast was in a takeaway form but quite nice.

All the chairs were hard, there wasn't any soft chairs or couches. Only 1 mirror in the bathroom and toilet seat was loose. not enough counter spaces. Not very quiet and private.

Giota and her team were fantastic. We felt supported and looked after for the whole stay. The room was clean and cosy, and the view was FANTASTIC! Every morning breakfast was delivered Anne it was tasty and delicious! Location is the best right in the middle of Oia! This place was a GEM 💎

Too many stairs without railings. Difficult to navigate for someone with limited mobility.

Excellent location with beautiful view of the caldera which was partially obstructed by the building in front. The room was very comfortable and well decorated. TV had full range of apps (Netflix and Disney +). Giota was helpful with arranging the transfers and catamaran.

The hot tub was quite sandy and probably needs cleaning. As it was situated on the main walkway, it was a little noisy. Don't expect complete privacy here - it was generally ok though.
