Loved the location at the parameter of the city, away from the main tourist section but still right on the cliff. Beautiful view of the sea and sunset from our roof top patio at the top of the village.

Hot tub could have been warmer.

The location was perfect - steps to everything. Room was cleaned daily and hot breakfast was delivered to our door each morning. The perfect place to stay in Oia!

The jacuzzi is not hot, only lukewarm, we could not use it. Didn't know the balcony and Jacuzzi were on a different floor and we had to walk outside to get to it on the upper level. No bathrobe to wear to the jacuzzi, given it was outside of our room and on a different floor. The toilet seat was not staying in place, very annoying.

George was great with helping us carry our luggage to the room which is many steps from taxi to hotel and. He made sure to communicate with our taxi on our behalf to be sure the driver knew where we were when took us to the taxi. He was very kind and we appreciate him very much. Giotia is very responsive to our requests and questions via WhatsApp. The room is very clean. The deck was beautiful with a sunset view.

Great stay in Santorini! Beautiful views of the sea from both sides. Staff was wonderful and very responsive. The location was perfect to explore, and having a delicious breakfast delivered was the perfect way to start each day. Bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. We loved the views from the room.

All the chairs were hard, there wasn't any soft chairs or couches. Only 1 mirror in the bathroom and toilet seat was loose. not enough counter spaces. Not very quiet and private.

Services were good, they helped carry our luggage. Location was quite convenient, but our balcony is literally on the main street, so not very quiet and private. Room was quite modern and pretty. Breakfast was in a takeaway form but quite nice.

The hot tub was quite sandy and probably needs cleaning. As it was situated on the main walkway, it was a little noisy. Don't expect complete privacy here - it was generally ok though.

Excellent location with beautiful view of the caldera which was partially obstructed by the building in front. The room was very comfortable and well decorated. TV had full range of apps (Netflix and Disney +). Giota was helpful with arranging the transfers and catamaran.

Breakfast was delivered every morning. There were tons of options to choose from and delivery was prompt. The food was delicious. Our host carried our luggage up the stairs and into our room for us upon arrival and departure. It was easily accessible for taxi and public transportation. The room was clean, modern and very nice. The best feature of this room was the rooftop jacuzzi and patio. Right on the main walking path in Oia - minutes from all attractions and restaurants. We can’t say enough about how pleased we are with our stay!

The view was obstructed by a building opposite…but we weren’t in Oia to sit in our room!

Giota was very helpful and was able to recommend many places for us to eat and explore! The rooms were very clean and comfortable! Despite being on the main walk through…noise was minimal the location was perfect!

If you have a big luggage, might be tough, since the place doesn’t have a lift.

This place is located in the center of Oia town. The hostess was very kind and friendly. She helped me a lot to organize everything during my stays. The breakfast was prepared always on time as we requested. The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures. Highly recommended.

Great location right in the Centre of Oia. Beautiful views from the top of our private rooftop. Spa was great. Breakfast wasn’t anything special. Goita was incredible with organising transfers, dinner bookings and taxis. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location, right on the main boardwalk! Giota was very responsive and helpful; George was great as well! From the windows on either side of the unit there were wonderful views of the sea; the caldera on one side, open water and islands on the other. The perfect place to say in Oía; we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Everything is good

The room has a particularly beautiful scenery, a convenient geographical location, and a quiet environment. Breakfast is also delicious. Giota was very enthusiastic and responsible, patiently explaining and drawing maps for us, and she was very satisfied with the way she recommended. This was a perfect trip.

Great breakfast, room service & customer service! Giota was the female who assisted me throughout my stay and helped me through booking a cruise, rental car, and provided me great recommendations on the best places to visit. Though it was the down season and a lot of places are closed, the suite I stayed in and the recommendations of what to do were great! really enjoyed staying here, 10/10 recommended!

The place is expensive but we felt the rooftop made it worth it.

We had a fabulous stay here! The private rooftop was even better than we imagined. The views are amazing and you feel secluded from the crowds below. The location is incredible, right off the Main Street in Oia, and a quick walk to the bus stop. The breakfast is delivered every morning, and you have a list of choices to order from. Our host Giota was very helpful arranging transfers to and from the airport. Her porter even carried our two huge suitcases from the car to our room. Make sure you download WhatsApp prior to arriving so you can communicate with her. She also likes to personally meet her guests which I wasn’t expecting but she wants to make sure you’re taken care of and will set up tours or restaurant reservations for you.
