Every part of our stay at Arkadia Hotel was wonderful - from being picked up at the airport, to dropped off at the end of our time in Zakynthos, there isn’t a single part I could fault. The hotel is located on a beautiful part of the island, and feels like a quiet retreat to unwind in after exploring the island (or to relax at for the entire day). There are several restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket, all within a 15-20 min walking distance, as well as a small stone beach with crystal clear water - perfect for swimming/snorkelling or sitting by with a coffee. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious with comfortable beds, and a modern bathroom. We chose the side sea view rooms and couldn’t be happier with what we received. We ate at the hotel several times throughout the week - both lunch & dinner. Everything is home cooked and we genuinely couldn’t compliment it enough. As someone who doesn’t eat meat, there were plenty of options, and on the special Greek night they were more than happy to make me a vegetable moussaka. We rented a car from the hotel, which was a super simple process that we’d definitely recommend - especially if you’re wanting to check out some of the other areas of Zakynthos. It was great to be able to sort this out at the place we were staying, so convenient. The highlight of our stay was the people who run the hotel. Angelos, his daughter Sotiria and the rest of the family were all so kind to us throughout our whole week in Zakynthos - giving us great recommendations for food, restaurants and places to visit on the island. The service they provide is nothing short of excellent and I can see why so many reviews call this out. Thank you for making our first trip to Greece full of lovely memories - when we come back to Zakynthos, we will 100% be booking again. It’s been a pleasure. Thanks again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at this hotel in Zakynthos was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine kindness by the owner, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself was spotless-immaculately clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was nothing short of incredible! Every meal was a delight and truly the highlight of our days, making our vacation ten times more enjoyable. A special shoutout to the owner and his daughter at the reception-they went above and beyond to make everything available and ensured every guest was well taken care of. Renting a car directly at the hotel was a seamless and very convenient addition that made exploring the island effortless. If you want a place where hospitality, comfort, and amazing food come together perfectly, this hotel is the one! We cannot recommend it highly enough and would return in a heartbeat.

First thing that i will change is about hour from breakfast....very very late at 8.30 and the staff feom the breakfast...should be more flexible Second thing is about the cleaning staff she forgot almost all days of our stay at the hotel about the shower gel and shampoo....we have to ask at the reception

Very spacious, nicely appointed rooms with every comfort available. A sanctuary to rest after a long day exploring island beaches. Truly hospitable family run establishment. They make sure all traveler’s needs are taken into account to provide utmost comfort, even foreseeing requests. Variety of setups available ranging from suites to 3-bed rooms to twin bedrooms. Will surely return.

Family-run establishment where we stayed for a week. Staff is friendly, welcoming and they give you good advices on what to visit on the island or receipes on how to prepare typical dishes. We loved this family run hotel. The area was quiet but we were visited off season. Facilities were great. The food was fantastic and we enjoyed sampling the wine from the family vineyard.

The hotel staff was super nice and we felt very welcome from the first day we got to the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet and the large bed was really comfy. I enjoyed the use of regional products for food served at the hotel and I would definitely recommend the spicy feta for appetizers! Overall, we had the best stay at this hotel mostly because the staff was always super helpful, welcoming and kind:)

The swimming pool was too cold, some heating would have been better. The room wasn’t cleaned everyday or the cleaning was done exactly when we were in the room or wanted to be back to the room.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great and enough variety. Quiet hotel. Comfortable beds at the pool. Very nicely renovated bathroom. Nice to be able to rent a (good) car at the hotel. It may be a nice idea to have electric cars which can be charged at the hotel (“sustainably goals”).

This is a really lovely family run hotel with a great breakfast. The staff was wonderful, and the food was fantastic. The room was large and comfortable with a great bathroom and pool. The only thing I can't recommend is renting a car from the owner, as the price is insanely high, even though they claim you get a "discount" for being a guest. Better to rent a car at the airport and drive yourself to the hotel, or take the bus. But other than that, everything was fabulous!!

Being a small hotel the staff (mainly family members) made our stay feel very personal. Our room was fantastic and the bed very comfortable. The delicious food was freshly cooked by the owners wife and reasonably priced It was great that the hotel had cars available to hire on site.

Everything was amazing! The room was spacious and very clean and the aesthetic of the room was top notch. The staff was lovely and super helpful all the time. In the breakfast, everything was fresh and tasty. And the food.. oh my god!! I ate the best mousaka in my life. Thank you to everyone that made us feel so welcomed and gave us such a nice stay.

The breakfast was good but could have been better if could make fresh omellete . But this is just a suggestion not a criticism.

Very clean and good, quiet location but able to access all parts of the island very easily by car. Small family owned hotel. Everyone was very friendly. Always smiling and happy (especially Costa the driver) The lunch we had on arrival was fab especially the roasted vegetables and the best baked feta on the island ! Shame we didn’t get a chance to have another meal there . Also the fact that you could rent a car at the property (def need a car to be able to get around the island )

The location is quite secluded, so you’ll need to drive to find good beaches and the nearest supermarket is a bit of a walk. The hotel provide a great car hire service which I took advantage of.

The hotel was impeccably clean, with friendly staff and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. The pool was peaceful, and the food was delicious with great alternative dining options within walking distances (Vardiola and Crossroad Restaurant Zakynthos).

I cannot fault anything, this place is amazing.

This family led hotel is incredible. Our room was perfect with a pool and sunset view. The staff felt like our family, they were so kind and helped us organise a lot of our travel transfers. Arkadia has the best food, we couldn’t leave our hotel for breakfast, lunch or dinner because the food was so amazing. All the food is made with fresh produce as they have fresh crops around the hotel. I’d give this place a 10/10, I’m 100% coming back to stay here for my next trip in Zakynthos. Highly recommend!

Nothing disappointed us

We had an amazing time at your hotel! It was a very nice hotel with lovely staff. The hotel is run by a family with 2 very sweet daughters. Angelo (the owner) is always there for his guests and is also up for a nice talk. You can arrange by Angelo a pick up at the airport for a normal price. You can also rent several cars from him! You can arrange this in advance with him or on the spot. You will definitely need these, because the hotel is 20 minutes away from Zakynthos town. It is a hotel that is located at a quiet place with a nice private pool next to it. There are plenty of sun beds at the hotel and there is also the possibility to have lunch or evening diner there. Breakfast starts in the morning from 08.30 and has delicious things. From scrambled eggs to pancakes, yogurt, fruit, salad and delicious sandwiches. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people and we hope to return to this wonderful hotel again in the future! Love from the Bilder family in the Netherlands

Fabulous experience at Arkadia! The hotel is very beautiful, set in a quiet area but very close to a wonderful beach. The rooms are very big, extremely clean, with a wonderful view of the see, pool and surrounding area! The breakfast was very, very good with plenty to choose from! And also the dinner we had at the hotel, the food was fabulous cooked! Many thanks to the owner Angelos and his beautiful daughter Sotiria! I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was great: the hotel, the pool, the room, the bathroom, the big balcony, the comfortable bed, the good, the wine and last but not least, the staff!!! The fact that we had our parking place. Thank you for that! The cleaning was done every single day, the sheets and the towels also been changed everyday A place so quiet and with a delightful vibe.
