i have nothing bad to say about this hotel, our stay was amazing and for sure we ll come back the staff was so friendly and helpful and i really recommend this place it was my first time in santorini and this place for sure has my heart everything was amazing, starting from the breakfast where you have different things every day and a lot of choices, the room was always cleaned up every day, and the vibe is unique

From the area where the sunbeds are located, you can't go directly to the sea because of slippery and dangerous rocks; you have to walk for a while. They are understaffed, and the service to the beach is insufficient.

If I had to be picky the shower in the room we were given did not have a bracket to hang the shower head on so it was difficult holding onto it to shower and wash your hair all at the same time. Also definitely need new sun beds they were worn and uncomfortable wooden slats hurt your back.

The balcony was very small and in general the room was small. The sound proofing could be better and the water system was noisy.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. It was a short, weekend break, that suited us to perfection.

The location is second to none. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, the amount of repeat guests showed that the care about their guests too. The pool is a nice size, and hidden a bit more than other properties along the promenade. They sorted out taxis for us to visit local restaurants. They were really helpful when the taxi firm we booked didn't tell us where to meet the vehicle, the staff knew exactly where it would be. A wonderful stay in an excellent location.

We arrived at Arion Bay as they just opened up for the spring/summer season. Our rooms were upgraded to Sea View with a lovely balcony. The staff were attentive and tried to make our stay pleasant as they finished renovations. The atmosphere was relaxed and one could make use of the free sun beds by the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Water pressure in shower was temperamental but this was a minor issue.

Fantastic hosts. The hotel is a family run establishment in a great location near the amenities in Kamari, and has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. All of the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially the owner Illyas and his daughter Eleneya. The breakfast was great (though they did occasionally run out of scrambled eggs!), and the room had fantastic views over the pool and to the beach. Highly recommended.

We couldn't fault the hotel, it was perfect for our needs.

We loved staying at Arion Bay. Right from the start of booking, the communication was excellent and when I wanted to make changes or had a query, they couldn't be more helpful. As the hotel is relatively small, there was a real personal touch and every one of the staff members were friendly and welcoming. The owner Elias, held court every night at the bar which drew guests together for a fun evening. The breakfast was great and the pool was clean and inviting.

Location was on final approach to the airport with wheels down, this is the same for a number of the hotels at this end of the strip so can be noisy! but otherwise location of beach / many restaurants / shops were lovely. The hotel was right on the beach with included umbrellas and sun beds and the pool was also lovely.

Breakfast was very good and staff friendly / rooms spotless and our room had a great corner view of the pool and beach.
