The property was stunning, and located in the perfect spot. Stacey at the desk was extremely helpful with suggestions and she even managed to get a near impossible stain out of a piece of clothing from a spillage in my luggage. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I could not recommend this place more. The location was perfect, the rooms were gorgeous (the bathroom!!!) and the breakfast in the terrace was gorgeous. The staff on the front desk could not be more lovely. We will be back again!

The breakfast served here was excellent. I loved the way it was presented in the gorgeous outside garden area. The hotel was surrounded by large patio area which made it easy to forget you were in the centre of the tussle and bustle of Fira. Loved the pool and sitting under the tree in the shade. The receptionist Konstantinos was so helpful with our requests.

The location is great of you want to stay in Fira. Quiet place, yet only a few steps to the magic views, restaurants and bars. The breakfast is very very good and has many alternatives. It is being serves at your table. 🤗Staff is superfriendly and help you with all questions. The room was clean and tidy, elegant interior, beds really comfortable. Many outdoor sitting options. Small pool but works for a Morning or evening swim at the rooftop. We just loved the place! Highly recommend!

The property was a beautiful setting in a perfect location close to the town but away from the noise It was not too busy so you felt like you were in a grand house and not a hotel The breakfast was very relaxed and staff very extremely attentive

I have a problem complaining about anything there. I wish I had booked an extra night or two there. It was a great place. The pictures are from a nice restaurant on my birthday, only maybe a 5 minute walk from Aria Lito Mansion.

Location was fantastic, once you figured out how to get to the property. The Hotel's front lobby and building are not located on a traditional street. If we had not had the help of the driver and front desk, I'd still be looking for it weeks later. The room was huge, and it almost felt like it was part of a Villa in Greece or Italy. A few hidden steps from the lobby, and you are walking down pedestrian walkways filled with shops and eateries. The cable car connection (of which we did not use) is literally located outside the hotel's backdoor, a 2 minute walk max, for those that want to use it. We had breakfast included with the room and it was very impressive. All in all, I would stay there again in a heart beat.

Views weren’t great but you were right in the centre, without any noise, and within a few minutes walk of the views.

Whilst no view of the Caldera,it was a great location within5mins walk of the Caldera coastal path, close to the cable car and within walking distance of the bus station, Firastafani and Immerogovli. The coastal path is spectacular and there is a huge choice of restaurants and bars. We stayed in the Queen Suite which was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom a little dated but clean and functional. Breakfasts were amazing too. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We couldn’t praise them highly enough.

This is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff, spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, a small swimming pool and a delicious, personalised breakfast in a peaceful garden setting. It is located in a beautiful heritage building with step free access to the main road (unusual for Santorini). Also it is good value for money in an expensive town. Highly recommended accommodation!
