How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

VERY minor point, but the bedroom we had would benefit from a 2nd chair in the room.
Lovely little place close to everything but in a quiet location. Staff are super friendly, and the breakfasts were a delicious mix of breakfast staples, scrambled eggs, etc, and traditional Greek dishes.

We had the pleasure of staying at this charming boutique hotel, perfectly located for a summer getaway in the vibrant main city of a magical island. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was a highlight—featuring the island’s finest local ingredients, beautifully prepared into traditional dishes and served in the lovely courtyard beside the pool. The hotel is just a short drive to stunning beaches and secluded bays, and in the evenings, it’s an easy stroll to the lively promenade and central square. We stayed as a couple with our two grown children, enjoying two spacious and luxurious rooms that offered every comfort. A wtruly wonderful place—and one we would happily return to.

Nothing comes to mind. We loved everything about this place!
The staff is amazing, very attentive. The breakfast was great, lots of options to choose from! The staff was especially careful in handling a food allergy. The property is beautiful and comfortable, and the amenities were a wonderful bonus.

We had such a lovely stay at this charming new hotel in Kefalonia! The atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully designed, with a cozy little pool that was the perfect treat after a stroll around the nearby shops. It felt so refreshing to come back and take a dip before unwinding for the evening. A special mention to Dimitri, who truly made our stay memorable. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always on hand to help with a warm smile. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality. Would absolutely recommend this hidden gem to anyone visiting Kefalonia. Can’t wait to return ❤️

Fabulous customer service here. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, cleaned and detailed. Complimentary bar fridge on arrival. Hotel is well appointed with a central location in Argostoli. All staff were very attentive. Dimitri offered wonderful suggestions for our stay in Kefalonia as well and was always very helpful. Would stay here again.

Great boutique hotel located in the heart of Argostoli. It has no parking but plenty of park spots outside. Breakfast was great, room is lovely, big and has all you need. I already miss Dimitrios from the reception desk. He is the hidden gem of the island. Be sure that he will welcome, guide and take care of any need or question you have. only that makes the hotel a 10!

The bathroom felt a little short on counter space and could have had a few hooks or racks for the towels.
We loved the location which was walking distance to the harbor, restaurants and shopping.

The two bedroom room feel a bit small and there is only one shower to share. Shower areas are a little weird in that they have no seperating wall, and the shower heads can spray all over the bathroom if you turn on the wrong one.
You arrive and you are greeted with homemade lemonade. Front desk staff is super friendly, attentive and eager to provide the best experience possible. Dimitros provide us amazing local recommendations. Beds were super comfortable and location was outstanding within Argostoli. Room comes with complementary breakfast which was great. You choose what you want the night before and show up at the time you reserved to have food served immediately.

The room could have been slighty cooler when we arrived, but apart from that, all was great.
Check-in reception was very welcoming. we had a welcome drink while the manager was sorting out passports and what we wanted for breakfast. We needed some idea of where to eat and he directed us to a great restaurant

Size of the room was very small. Airport conditioning would only work if we were in the room unless the staff operated it remotely.
Location was great. Staff, especially Dimitri, was excellent. Balcony was fabulous but unfortunately shared with smokers.
