Wow wow wow! What a place!!! So clean and beautiful. Mandy was amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure I had all the info I needed on the island, places to eat, car rental, bus stops etc. The room was lovely, the bed and pillows were so comfortable and breakfast was tasty! Everything was perfect

We had a really lovely stay. The place was clean, neat, and peaceful – perfect for relaxation. The cleaning was thorough, and everything felt well-maintained. The owner was incredibly kind and responded quickly to any questions we had. As a thoughtful gesture, we were even given an extra sunbed, simply because she wanted to do something nice for us – truly great and personal service! And Mandy deliver the breakfast to the door! We felt very welcome and would love to come back.

Amazing. We stayed in the deluxe suite leading up to our wedding and we loved it! It was absolutely beautiful. The suite maintained the perfect temperature, the bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud, aesthetically pleasing inside and outside. We spent a lot of time outside in the pool cabana and ate breakfast outside every day. It had a perfect ratio of sun and shade. The best part was a very friendly local cat dropped in for a cuddle in the mornings. The inclusive breakfast was delicious! As a celiac, the quality of the food was amazing! Also, it has a stove top which is a game changer because we could make some food and save money from eating at restaurants for every meal! Most importantly, Mandy looked after us so well. She is so lovely and she did everything for us. She organised our breakfast and was so prompt with getting us a rental car when we asked her for help. We literally had a car within an hour. It’s refreshing to have help in just a quick text message.

Mandy and Emma were both so helpful and went above and beyond for us during the stay. Not only was the property lovely, but the breakfast provided every morning was delicious, and the daily cleaning was spectacular. Mandy also was very quick to reply to us if we had any questions and provided us with multiple recommendations and activities to do during our stay. She gave us help with booking a shuttle service and even with bus stops. I couldn’t recommend this property enough!! Thank you so much :)

We had a fantastic couple of nights in this very stylish and luxurious apartment. Thanks to Mandy who is an absolut gem and helped us with anything from transports to great tips on restaurants in the area. We will definitely come back to stay again.

The stair in suite 1 to access the 2nd bedroom and the breakfast selection. I already mentioned and they will work on the breakfast part.

We had an incredible stay at Areos Suites for our honeymoon. Mandy was so incredibly kind and generous during our stay. The Suite was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. Breakfast was so delicious. It really was the perfect stay!

The property was incredible! It was situated in a peaceful town but still with transport links into the city. The property itself was perfect, with all the amenities you could want!

Just sad the swimming pool not heated during cold weather. But we don’t care we still swimming 😅

I like everything! All staff is friendly. Mandy is very nice and super helpful, she help us with everything, she arranged for Airport Shuttle. She replied every question what we asked. Maria also cute, she bring us everyday breakfast. Clean service come everyday to make sure the house clean and change Towel everyday, but i forget to ask her name, she also polite. She will ask first to clean the room or not. This house also provide Netflix , so we watched every night Movie! I really satisfied to stay here! Really recommend! ❤️ This house nearby to many restaurants and supermarket, just walk 10min. We can’t drive so we don’t rent car. But still can go Fira and others place with Local Bus , just 2€ (can write in google Santorini Bus Schedule or daily bus in Fira) This also suggestion from Mandy. If not we will go everytime with Taxi and that’s costs (20-25€). Walk to busstop around 15min. If you walk everyday that’s will be near for you. The breakfast super cute and delicious! We are Muslim, so i tell Mandy we don’t eat Non-Halal meat. She is very understanding. The food from all restaurants also delicious! Many seafood and also have one Halal restaurant.

The only downside was the pool wasn’t heated, however, we did visit just outside of the hot season and obviously it wouldn’t normally be needed so it was understandable.

Property was absolutely stunning. The staff were so kind and helpful, sorting us travel from the airport and messaging us everyday answering all of our questions and bringing warm breakfast to our door in the morning. Even on our last morning they brought us breakfast an hour before it started as we had an early flight. Highly recommended.

Very nice decor the pool was an amazing extra touch. Very clean and the service was great any problems they sorted it out straight away. Breakfast was on time everyday, the cleaner was very nice and would clean everyday at the same time. Overall an amazing stay would go back again and highly recommend to stay here

The pool was overlooking the road and is surrounded by a metal barrier as opposed to a wall. There were construction works happening opposite, so there wasn’t any privacy if we were on the terrace/in the pool, but it didn’t take away from our experience

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and spacious, and looks exactly like the photos on here. It had everything you could need for a stay and fully equipped kitchen. There is a good selection provided for breakfast with pastries, yogurt, fruit and eggs. Mandy and Nelly were brilliant hosts. The WiFi was very good. We didn’t have a car but the local bus station is only a 10 minute walk to get to Fira and from there you can connect to buses going all over Santorini.

Nothing. The only one thing which guest should take into account is the location due to taxis being expensive. However, we hired a quad for most of the time we were there which was a great away to explore the island. There is also buses, we struggled to get our head round them but I’m sure they would be suitable for others.

The accommodation is gorgeous, so pretty and also good quality. We loved having our own small rooftop pool which we used most days between exploring during the day and then heading out at night. The staff team could not be more lovely, they were so friendly and helpful. They made the check in and our process so easy, and they went out there way to make sure your stay was as good an experience as possible. Also breakfast was generous and delicious, and they catered to what you would like.

- Shower could use a curtain - it looks very smart the way it is built into the cycladean building, but it does mean water goes all over the bathroom as the shower is very powerful, a simple curtain could help! - The town the property is located in is not that pretty, it is a local town but not picturesque like Fira, Oia or Imerovigli. However, you can get to Fira in 10 mins and the traffic is much better so it's not really much of a problem.

- Amazing host. Mandy made sure I had everything I needed including booking taxis for pick up and drop off at the port and allowing me to check in to my room early. She was truly amazing and very caring, I had already booked an ATV but she even offered to arrange this or a car to be delivered to the property. - The property is so beautiful. My room was beautifully furnished with modern furniture and equipment and equipped with everything you could need. - Nice comfy bed and huge smart TV. - Outdoor area is exceptional, includes your own little private pool and outdoor bed, sun lounger etc. - Friendly housekeeping team cleaned and delivered new bottled water everyday. - Area is very quiet and peaceful at night.

Amazing experience created by our wonderful Host Lady at Areos. Having a strong connection by offering her support, We appreciated the attention put to every detail in the room, kitchen and bathroom. Super clean room and delicious and complete breakfast! Morning with the sea view by relaxing in the silence of the place and by having a refreshing bath in the jacuzzi.Everything at its best! Thank you for the hospitality!
