Location is a 10 minute walk from everything, near shops (uphill) and the exquisite restaurants (downhill). Outside view is spectacular and the sunset out of this world, no need of reservation elsewhere. Breakfast was ok. Keep in mind jacuzzi with a view, shares entrance with your neighbors, which translates to a less intimate experience if you are outside of your room. We had a great stay and would definitely consider to come back. Thank you John for your assistance!

Its a bit downhill so you would require to walk a bit high to visit the blue dome area however the walk is not long so not a big issue. The view from the room is so mesmerising that I won't mind walking that bit 😊

everything was very good. the pool for the room we were in was quiet and private. it was a comfortable stay and the sunset view is totally worthy.. there is a tiny kitchen fully equipped, so we didnt need to buy expensive dinner from outside. we coocked by ourselve and enjoyed the sunset dinner from the room.

The mattress on the bed was too soft. The hot tub / jacuzzi water heater was not working.

The view from the cave house was fantastic. A nice short walk to the Main Street of Oia.

Kitchen supplies were light but with breakfast delivered and plenty of restaurants to explore for other meals not much else was needed.

Great position with stunning views , not over looked by lots of people as a lot of accommodation can be. Large terrace with 2 sun loungers and built in sofa seating , there is also a table with chairs. The hot tub is very private as covered and a great place to relax and chill.

Nothing to dislike. Just its not a hotel where you get all services. But looking at the homestays option in santorini , this homestay is perfect with nice breakfast plus you get to have your private area for sunset watching instead of finding a good spot in the crowd.

Hot tub didn’t run for more than 1-2 minutes at a time. Not really an issue because the warm weather makes the warm water unnecessary.

Great location and view. Amenities were excellent and the host (John) awesome. Far enough out to avoid the tourist crowds but close enough to be right there. I suspect would be more crowded in high season.

Great hospitalty, wonderful breakfast. Walking distance to all in the city. Comfy bed and a great night sleep. The views are breathtaking, beautiful and an epic sunset experience from our terrace and hot tub. Very peaceful, private and quiet. 10 Stars Thank you for a lovely vacation.
