New house with full of equipments. So close to the beach and restaurants. Owner is firendly, helpful and available. Finding a parking spot is easy.

It’s natural since we are in the Greek countryside, but there were some ants on the kitchen. The guests need to be careful where they leave the food.

Great location (2 minutes walk from the beach), excellent facilities, very helpful staff. The apartment was very clean and it has all the necessary kitchenware. The view from the apartment is amazing.

A clean, cozy apartment with an incredible view, just steps from the beach—absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway. Tasos was a fantastic and attentive host, always ready to help. While a king-size bed would have been a nice touch, it didn’t take away from the wonderful week we spent here. We’ll definitely be back!

There are no things that I did not like.

What can I say? I do not have words...was amazing, wonderful, incredible. I am an overreacted woman and mother. When we go on holidays I take from home domestos, dettol, gloves. First thing when we arrive at the booked accomodation I clean the shower, sink, toilet, handles, light switchers, tables and so on. Here everything was sooo sooo clean, the wipes were white, not even a little dust. My daughter had an ugly eczema before our holiday and I was very overeacted this time. But everything was amazing clean. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment very spacious, the balcony with an amazing view of the whole Golden Beach.

This is a beautiful house, where we had peace and quiet and really superb views. Highly recommend it. This is what Booking should push higher in the search results. The lightning in the rooms is diverse and optimal for multiplw situations. Photos and description correspond with what you receive in reality

First of all, the hosts are very friendly, very in to the well being of the guests, and even more, they suggested places we can visit on the island and beyond. Regarding the location, it is superbly located, very close to the beach, and the apartment is top, and here I refer to the fact that it is a new construction, the apartment comes equipped with everything you need for a family. The apartment is brand new, simply stunning, clean and innovative, I have never seen a property so equipped, including a kitchen that lacks nothing, including a coffee machine, electric kettle, pots and everything that is needed for those who want to prepare food in the kitchen. Below the property there is a very cute tavern right on the sea. Downstairs is a small and very clean pool that includes a jacuzzi and an attached shower, it's always nice to come back from the sea, wash your body and jump into the pool. The best beach on the island is 50 meters from the apartment and from there it is easy to reach all the equal beaches of the island. The place is 15 minutes drive from the city. The owner of the property, whose name is "Tasos", was waiting for us when we arrived and bid us farewell when we left (with a stunning parting gift). Tasos was always willing to help and was always available. There is no doubt that I will return to stay at Tasos' house again. The hospitality was above and beyond what was expected. Thanks to Tasos who was a perfect host.

Anastasios and his family gave us such a warm welcome that immediately made us feel at home. Their apartment is truly fantastic - it's so cozy, tidy, and has all the amenities we could ever ask for. Our hosts were very considerate and checked on us regularly, without ever making us feel like we were being disturbed. They did an amazing job of keeping the apartment in top-notch condition. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, and the jacuzzi was kept impeccably clean. The nearby beach was absolutely stunning as well. We couldn't recommend this lovely accommodation enough, and we're already looking forward to going back and suggesting it to our loved ones.

Even though it is 100 m away from the beach it is located on the hill so you need to climb a little. It is not issue for many but it was an issue for my dad due to a problem on his knees. It is difficult to find a sun bed in the beach after 9 am.

view was great. It was very close to the golden beach. It was clean and modern. We stayed 3 adult and 1 child. we felt it was big enough for us. Kitchen equipment's are enough but limited for larger families. Host was very friendly and nice.
