There was a lack of cutlery and kitchen utensils - we only had 1 knife, no toaster or microwave, etc. The patio is not private - it is shared with a local family who live next door. Unfortunately, on our last day the cleaner arrived before checkout time and was rude, asking us to leave and walking around the property, while we were still showering and packing up. But she and the host later apologised.

The location was perfect - quiet and away from the crowds, yet very quick to get to the central part of Oia. Having breakfast was lovely on the terrace in the morning. The layout of the guesthouse was also very good with separate bedrooms.

Maybe as a consequence of the touristic aspect and demand of Oia, it was a bit expensive. The outdoor patio can also be improved. The couch wasn't so comfortable. Nonetheless, this place has a lot of potential!

Quiet location and very close to the center, bus stop, supermarket, and all the important places and sunset spots. Great communication from the owner. Apartment with big, open spaces and very simple and nice design.

Everything! Felt like home, perfect location, just 5 minute walk (maybe less) to all the excitement and amazing views, but still far away enough to enjoy some serenity and quiet nights at home

Shower area is adequately sized, but the controls are waist height, so you have to use the handheld shower head.

Location was superb. Really close to shopping and food (which was the best on our trip). Souvlaki n' Wrap grill house (suggested by the host) was AMAZING even for a smaller restaurant. Lolitas Gelato was spectacular as well. Overall, the area is beautiful, and it is a really short walk to where you can see all the blue topped churches and the waters below. Property is really pretty, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

we were very disappointed to find the property in an untidy state. The bed was not made, the chair and sofa were covered with duvets, and sheets were scattered around the house. The floor was also messy with tissues, and there were no duvet covers available. We are genuinely disappointed and regret choosing this property, as it has not met our expectations.

The house is tiny. The kitchen is so small it really isn't usable for anything but making a quick snack. The sofa bed is not a bed. It's a sofa big enough to sleep one person on, and it has two separate cushions that are, together, the "mattress." The cushions separated from one another over the course of the night, making for a painfully uncomfortable sleeping situation. There is no where to put luggage except the tiny living room/kitchen, making it hard to navigate around it and even harder to use the kitchen.

The house was clean and attractive. The location was excellent - everything was walkable and still it was quite quiet in the evening. The little porch was lovely - we ate dinner out on it and enjoyed morning coffee there.

We loved our stay at ArcadOIA! It was in a perfect location, you can walk to everything. The apartment was bigger then I expected and so was the terrace. Harry was lovely and very accommodating. There is a sister hotel 5 minutes walk which you can use their swimming pool which was amazing. I didn’t know this prior to booking so it was a great surprise. It was hotter then I expected in October so having the swimming pool was great!

The property has only one Air condition in the living room and didn’t reach all the rooms. The room downstairs was very far from the Air Conditioner and hot so we didn’t use it at all.

I loved the location of the property. It was in the middle of the center and easily to reach all the stores and restaurants.
