The staff were amazing and helpful with any issues we had, the manager especially is extremely nice and checked in on us daily to see if we needed anything. It’s an extremely relaxing hotel with great food and a shop + restaurants just down the road if need be. Highly recommend

It is allowe to smoke on balcony, so the smoke comes in from other guests.

Nice seaside hotel with sea access. Great breakfast, lots of options. Car/scooter rent nearby (they brought scooter to our hotel.). Very comfortable bed and clean room. On our last day we received a complimentory wine bottle and som exclusive sweets. After checkout the manager Anne allowed us to stay in the pool area till evening and took a great care about us. 10/10 customer service! ❤️

Nothing we loved it all. Cannot think of anything that we were disappointed in. Guess if we are looking for trouble we would say although hotel on seafront, no real beach.

From the minute we arrived ( early) we felt truly welcome by the lovely lady on reception, nothing was too much trouble. The staff in the dining room which was large airy and absolutely spotless were amazing. In fact we LOVED the hotel and will ensure we return. It had all the facilities of a large chain with a local feel.

Decor is a bit tired and in need of updating. Couple of quirks (eg a shaving mirror light powered by a shaver plug, but no shaver socket to plug it into). The indoor pool is in the spa downstairs and guests can only use it if they book a spa treatment or pay a fee of €25 - this is poor if you’re paying several hundred a night to stay there and the hotel advertises itself as having indoor pool, sauna etc.

Good amount of space in the room, balcony with sea view, good air-con. Breakfast, despite some negative comments we’ve read, was pretty good. We didn’t eat in the hotel for other meals so can’t comment on those. Pretty good cocktails at pool and main bar. Couple of good restaurants within walking distance too. Very helpful reception staff throughout stay, bar staff excellent too.

Cons One absolute dealbreaker, however, is the access policy for the spa area. Charging €25 per person, per day, is unacceptable, especially considering the condition of the facilities. The spa is outdated, poorly maintained, and far from the luxury standard one would expect – something I have never experienced in a five-star property before. Beyond the spa, it is clear that the hotel chain has stopped investing in the property. Everywhere you look, signs of wear and tear are evident. The furniture, fixtures, and general interiors feel tired and run down. The sheer number of worn-out areas is simply too large to ignore, leaving an overall impression of neglect. Neutral The breakfast buffet was solid and offered a good variety. However, the quality fell short compared to what I have experienced at other five-star hotels. It was adequate, but not exceptional.

Pros The true highlight of my stay was the General Manager, Anna. She is an absolute gem – warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel welcome. Her personal dedication, together with her consistently friendly staff, created a wonderful atmosphere throughout my visit. This level of hospitality is rare and deserves the highest praise. Another major positive is the location. The hotel offers a stunning setting with breathtaking views over the sea. Waking up to this panorama was truly memorable.

The hotel is really nice. Perfectly located directly at the sea and I liked that there are lots of outdoor areas. Pool beds not only by the pool, but also in the garden area and by the sea. Also a huge space to play table tennis. If you go for a walk alongside the beach starting behind the hotel, you’ll also explore some nice hidden beaches and personally I really liked the nature there. Besides all that, the staff was really great. Especially Anna treated us outstanding!!! Thanks a lot for the great service!

I didn't like the lift; it was very small, and the rooms were not very bright.

The place is very beautiful but I found enjoy the swimming pool because the close swim pool very early around 7:00 pm

1. The bathroom was small and inconvenient. 2. The gym was very dated. 3. The pool was beautiful, I wish that they would warm it up a bit so we could use it. 4. We think that adding a few kids friendly options for the meals ( i.e nuggets, pizza, beef hotdogs etc) could have been great.

The staff was great, kind and professional. Especially Anna which made sure that we will be comfortable. Also, it was very close to the airport which is a big advantage. The view from our room was stunning.

We didn’t find the food amazing although there is a great variety (Greek but not only) and breakfast is excellent.

The location is amazing. Our room was with sea view and it was really breathtaking especially with the balcony. The stag was really amazing. In particular Anna was here to help us more than once, offered excellent advice food wise around the property.
