May I suggest some improvements for the room is to get rid of single bed for the table & chairs. Also shower curtain so water won’t go everywhere. Better curtains/blackouts for the windows too. Perhaps some spare pillows! Oh and a broom so the balcony can be swept especially when the plant drops its matter on the floor.

Fantastic location for Falasarna. Convenient for the trips within the area including the infamous balos lagoon. Friendly & welcoming owner even tho our flight got delayed by several hours but able to get in our room in the early hours of morning! You get what you pay for.

The property is located very close to the Falasarna Beach, it is quiet, clean and there is plenty of parking on the property. The owners are very friendly, made me feel I’m home. Breakfast is excellent! I would definitely go back.

Very very nice owners. Wonderful terrace where they serve breakfast with selfmade marmelade, sometimes cake, bread, fruit and greek yoghurt. 3 nice beaches which you can reach by foot easy...little downhill/uphill...tranquil private location I would definately book again. Also some nice restaurants nearby.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. It has a nice view in both directions – towards the mountains and the seaside. The host was very friendly and welcoming. We could also use the kitchen from time to time and enjoy meals in the wonderful garden. We will definitely come again!

Just the wifi not working in all the parts of the room but it was not too important to us If you have work to do it will not be a problem , the wifi is the best in the courtyard where you have the tables and perfect shade

Too warm on the last floor, and air-conditioner did not help. But wind helped with opened windows and terrace glass doors.

We were with a car, so the location was really good choice for us. We had the sea view from the bed - I loved it for a morning coffee. Great value for money, but keep in mind you get what you pay for. Good restaurants near by. Eleni was very kind and helpful with recommendations about the beaches :)

The rooms had all mosquitoe nets and it was hard to get some fresh air inside our room. Also we felt that the whole apartments would needed an update also in terms of water pipes (water tasted a bit like plastic) and roof insulation (room did get hot during the day).

Everything was perfect. Owners are amazing. They take care of everything. They are so positive with good energy, helpful, very kind and have a good manners. Thank You Michail and Eleni. Thank you for tasty breakfast which we don’t expect. Breakfast was served by owner who took care of every detail. There is beautiful garden with many fruits trees. View from this place is so relaxing, sea view, mountains view and nice nature. Pure serenity and chill out. If you like animals there are 3 friendly dogs and cats. I and my husband were on holiday with our mothers. They are completely mesmerized by this place and said that they wouldn’t switch this accommodation to 5 stars hotel when they used to be before. Falasarna is magical place. We were 6-th time and still hypnotized by the beauty of this place. Previously we booked Falasarna Bay and it was very good but this time our holiday was the best of all times in Falasarna. Thank you 🙏❤️

It was perfect no faults what so ever!

Mike is absolutely Amazing as was Elaani; the loveliest hosts ever. They are the most wonderful hosts and made me feel very welcome from the minute I walked through the door. The location is superb close to two fantastic restaurants, and there is an ATM close by. The breakfast was superb, home cooked and authentic, of s gourmet quality. I will definitely be staying here again when back in Falassarna!!
