Perfect location close to beaches, port, shops and bus stop. Great AC system saving us from the extreme heat. The kitchenette is very basic, and more cutlery and kitchen tools could be added, but we managed to cook few easy lunch meals. We checked out the swimming pool in the other building which was lovely additional service for our stay.

It was generally clean, but could have been done a bit better - comparable to what you get in most Airbnbs. Wifi was very slow (it was barely possible to have a FaceTime Audio call), but I think this is the case everywhere on the island. Both not a big deal for me - I would stay again!

I was positively surprised. It is a nice room and in fact two rooms - a separate bedroom with a small office table and a room with a small kitchen and an extra bed. I was concerned that it might be too hot to sleep and there could be street noise, but both was great. The unit had a very modern air conditioning unit and it was already set to a comfortable temperature when I arrived. It was a very quiet and efficient AC and the fan didn't have to be on a high setting to keep the temperature in there nice. I slept really well. It is a quiet area, so I couldn't hear a thing from the street or other guests. They also let me check in early without extra cost, which I appreciate. Location was great in my opinion: within 5-10 minutes to the harbour and the closest beach, right next to a mini market and still a quiet street that doesn't have many tourists.

The room needs to be updated! The closet was very old and looked dreadful.. no way to put your clothes in there.. it would be nice to add some furniture with drawers probably.. it would do the job! Also the bathroom itself needs to be upgraded… old stuff but everything very clean no matter what A tiny balcony but it was nice to have one after all

The location was perfect… very close to shops on a walking distance. Very clean room and very friendly stuff! There was a pool also free to use with a nice bar and beach beds!! Very good value for money!!!

nothing really.. cars and people could be heard outside as they went by but was not annoying as there were not many cars or tourists about... a hand held shower.

great compact little room.. the host was very friendly and helpful even though new to her job. The collection of keys from the pick up point a minute or two away was easily found... a free welcome drink also welcomed us. the cleaner was very friendly and offered new towels and refills of shampoo etc if we needed... a great little balcony to eat out on and catch the afternoon sun.. close to the port area and restauratnts and bars and the beach.

Bathroom Wardrobe had musty smell despite airfreshner inside.

A friendly welcome and the main hotel is really nice with pool and bar. We stayed in the rooms 200m away which was a very reasonable price and close to the centre however we wish we had chosen the main hotel as our room had a very small balcony next to a road and scooters went by frequently. Although the room was good with a comfy bed we were not satisfied with the bathroom as it seemed unfinished- no where to put toiletries apart from the floor and that seemed like varnished cement plus toilet paper got wet when we had a shower.

The staff was accommodating! They helped us with our things and suggested things we could do around the island. Also, the location was pretty good. The center of Skala was a 5-minute walk. Even though our rooms were in a different location, we had access to the main building, which had a pool, a cafe, and the WC of the pool area had a shower and changing room.

Although the breakfast itself was perfect, the service was awful (was waiting around 50 mins to get pancakes with no other customers nearby???), the waiter couldn't remember our order and he was asking us to say our order again and again. Kind of disappointing because, as I said before, the breakfast itself was really good. Also, there isn't a trashcan in the room, if you want to throw something you got to throw it in the bathroom's bin. I would like to see a "main" trashcan somewhere in the living area, it's more convenient to say the least. Lastly, although the TV inside the living room works like a charm, it has no signal whatsoever. Again, kind of disappointing because the description in the room says that it has a working TV.

The location of the room was pretty good, it was near the beach, many restaurants and many souvenir shops too. The breakfast was really tasty with plenty of options to pick. The room was very clean too with nice lighting.

The internet didn't really work properly.. but I did go to the main bar in the main complex and they helped me out with that, after that it worked better :) The kitchenette was really a bit too basic.

Really kind staff upon arrival. I stayed away from the main complex. The area was beautiful and calm. The room was big and had a cute little terrace.

We were end of season. Free internet , however intermittent in our particular room, best in hotel foyer. Some maintenance needed. Used Cat litter tray beside reception.

Floor was mopped, but not vacuumed before, so there were a few hairs on the floor. The receptionist warned us about problems here, as they had just changed the cleaning company, so this will surely only be temporary.

Great value-for-money hotel/hostel. We paid 31€ for two (off season). Room itself was small and the bathroom a wet room with sloping roof. Beds very clean and comfy. The owners have multiple hotel/hostel buildings, so perhaps this review does not apply to all rooms. The owner was very nice and we got a welcome drink on check-in.

We visited the island in September and Koukounari rooms was the ideal choice for a 2-day escape. Very good value for money. We particularly enjoyed the pool area and the great location a few meters away from where the heart of Angistri beats.

The staff was very helpful and guided us a little on where to go eat and some activities to do during our stay in Agistri. They took our luggages in the room and let us use the pool outside. Towels were also provided. There was, also, a lovely cat outside that kept us company! Very close to all amenities and to the beach.

The fact that the room and the bathroom were quite small/basic and without much light. We knew that we had booked a basic room, we just thought it would be a bit better. But it was not a big deal.

The room was basic, but clean and having all the necessary. The best part of our stay was the very polite and helpful staff, the way they welcomed us, plus the fact that we were allowed to use the pool, showers, changing rooms of the main Koukounari after the checkout. It was nice being able to freshen up a bit after a long day at the beach and before taking the evening ferry back to Athens. The pool area of the main Koukounari was beautiful and relaxing. For more than one night though, I would recommend staying at the main Koukounari, where the rooms are much bigger and "luxurious". When we tried to book, the price difference was more than 40 euros, so we opted for Koukounari 2, as it was only for one night. Yet our friends booked later and they found the main Koukounari in much better price. In case we hadn't prepaid we would have definitely opted for the main Koukounari too.

The A/C wasn't that efficient, but working. Unfortunately, it wasn't able to cool down also the kitchen, where there is also a bed, but we didn't mind that much since we all slept in the bedroom.

The accommodation is very close to beach, shops and restaurants and at the same time is in more quiet part of Skala. It has nice view to sea and everything you need. The stuff is very nice and helpful. As guests you can visit their pool bar for free. The pool is very nice, perfect for kids, the sunbeds are very comfortable and prices reasonable. Overall it's great value for money and we would definitely come back again.

Could use the pool which had excellent changing facilities. Use of bar or could order food. Few minutes walk to the beach& good choice of bars/restaurants.
